Վրաստանի հանգստավայրում անօրինական 5 ապարտ-հյուրանոց կառուցած գործարարի են ձերբակալել

«Crystal Group» խոշոր զարգացման ընկերության ղեկավարը ձերբակալվել է Բակուրիանի հանգստավայրում պետական հողերի բռնագրավման և անօրինական շինարարության գործով հետաքննության շրջանակներում: Այս մասին ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարել է Վրաստանի ֆինանսների նախարարության քննչական ծառայությունը, հաղորդում է «Նովոստի-Գրուզիա»-ն:
Ինչպես հայտնում են գերատեսչությունում, մեղադրյալի ընկերությունը առանց թույլտվության Բակուրիանիում (Դիդվելի թաղամաս) հինգ ապարտ-հյուրանոց է կառուցել։
Բացի այդ, նա ինքնակամ կերպով տեղադրել է մասնավոր ճոպանուղի (կանատային վերելակ), դահուկային ուղի և սահնակուղի, որոնցից կարող էին օգտվել միայն Crystal Group-ի հաճախորդները։
«Առանց թույլտվության կառուցված ապարտ-հյուրանոցների վաճառքի արդյունքում, ապօրինի ստացված եկամուտը կազմել է մի քանի միլիոն լարի։ Այս փուլում քննությամբ հաստատվել է 1,894,925 լարիի չափով ապօրինի եկամուտների լեգալացման փաստը», – ասել է քննիչ Իա Ախալայան։
Նրա խոսքով՝ գերատեսչությունը շարունակում է ուսումնասիրել Crystal Group-ի գործունեությունը, ինչպես նաև բացահայտում է հանցագործությանը մասնակցած անձանց, ներառյալ պետական պաշտոնյաներին։
Հետաքննությունը շարունակվում է ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հարկերից խուսափելու և փողերի լվացման փաստերով։
Այս հանցագործությունները պատժվում են 9-ից 12 տարի ազատազրկմամբ։
Ինչպես հաղորդում է TV Pirveli-ն, ձերբակալվածը գործարար Վլադիմիր Ստեփանյանին է։ Նա համարվում է իշխող «Վրացական երազանք» կուսակցության խոշոր դոնոր։ Բաց աղբյուրների համաձայն՝ 2021 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ Ստեփանյանինը «ՎԵ»-ին նվիրաբերել է 50 հազար լարի, իսկ 2018 թվականին՝ 60 հազար լարի, նախագահի պաշտոնում իշխող կուսակցությունից առաջադրված Սալոմե Զուրաբիշվիլիի քարոզարշավի համար։
Նախօրեին Վրաստանում՝ Բախմարոյում պետական հողերը զավթելու և դրանք ապօրինի կառուցապատելու գործով երկու մարդ է ձերբակալվել։ Նրանց թվում էր առողջարանը զարգացնող պետական ընկերության փոխտնօրենը։ Պետական անվտանգության ծառայությունում նշել են, որ նման դեպքերը կլինեն իրենց գերակայությունը։
