Չինաստանում դպրոցականը անկողնային վիճակում է մնացել այն բանից հետո, երբ սխալմամբ հեռացվել են նրա մի քանի օրգաններ, հաղորդում է Mothership-ը ։

ԶԼՄ-ների հաղորդագրությունների համաձայն, դպրոցական Սյաոն ենթարկվել է 14-ժամյա վիրահատության՝ որովայնի կասկածելի ուռուցքը հեռացնելու համար: Սակայն վիրահատության ընթացքում բժիշկները հեռացրել են նրա տասներկումատնյա աղիքը, բարակ աղիքը, ենթաստամոքսային գեղձը, լեղապարկը, ստամոքսի երկու երրորդը և հաստ աղիքի մեծ մասը:

Պատմությունը սկսվել է 2023 թվականին, երբ մեկ այլ երեխա պատահաբար հարվածել է Սյաոյի որովայնին։ Բժիշկները ախտորոշել են հեմատոմա և պնդել, որ պետք է վիրահատություն արվի։ Գործողության ընթացքում բժիշկները բազմիցս կապ են հաստատել ընտանիքի հետ՝ հետագա միջամտությունների համար համաձայնություն ստանալու համար՝ պնդելով, որ հայտնաբերել են ուռուցք և ուժեղ արյունահոսություն։ Ընտանիքը ճնշման տակ ստորագրել է չորս փաստաթուղթ, քանի որ բժիշկները նրանց մեղադրել են բուժումից հրաժարվելու մեջ։

Դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը հաստատեց, որ հիվանդանոցի գործողությունները անպատշաճ էին և ուղղակիորեն կապված էին երեխայի ծանր վիճակի հետ։

Տղայի մոր խոսքով՝ վիրահատությունից հետո որդու մարսողական համակարգը լիովին կորած է։ Գոյատևելու համար նա պետք է ներերակային սնուցում ստանա։ Հիվանդանոցը ընտանիքին վճարել է 28,000 դոլար փոխհատուցում, սակայն դա բավարար չէ շարունակական խնամքի համար։
