Ինչպե՞ս 15 օրում կորցնել 5կգ քաշ

Շատերն են ուզում արագ տեսնել արդյունք և կորցնել մի քանի կիլոգրամ կարճ ժամանակում։ Սակայն նիհարել 15 օրում կարելի է միայն այն դեպքում, եթե գործընթացը կազմակերպվում է հավասարակշռված և առողջ ձևով։ Փորձագետները շեշտում են՝ արագ արդյունքը չպետք է դառնա օրգանիզմի վնասման պատճառ։
Առաջինը, ինչ պետք է անել, սննդակարգն է։ Անհրաժեշտ է բացառել շաքարավազը, գազավորված ըմպելիքները, արագ սնունդը և սահմանափակել հացաբուլկեղենը։ Սնունդը պետք է լինի հարուստ սպիտակուցներով՝ ձուկ, հավի միս, ձու, ինչպես նաև բանջարեղենով ու բարդ ածխաջրերով (հատիկավորներ, հացահատիկային կերակուրներ)։ Օրվա ընթացքում հարկավոր է խմել առնվազն 1.5–2 լիտր ջուր։
Ֆիզիկական ակտիվությունը ևս առանցքային դեր ունի։ 15 օրվա ընթացքում լավագույն արդյունքը ստացվում է համադրելով ուժային և աերոբիկ վարժությունները՝ արագ քայլք, վազք, յոգա։ Եթե մարզվելը դժվար է ամեն օր, գոնե 30 րոպեանոց ակտիվ շարժումը պետք է լինի պարտադիր։
Քնի և սթրեսի կառավարումը նույնպես ազդում են քաշի նվազման վրա։ Քնի պակասը կամ մշտական լարվածությունը խանգարում են նյութափոխանակությանը և նպաստում ախորժակի աճին։ Այդ պատճառով խորհուրդ է տրվում քնել առնվազն 7 ժամ և պահպանել հանգիստ ռեժիմ։
15 օրում հնարավոր է կորցնել միջինում 2–5 կգ՝ կախված մարմնի կառուցվածքից և ֆիզիկական ակտիվությունից։ Կարևոր է հասկանալ՝ նպատակը ոչ թե արագ նիհարելն է, այլ առողջ կենսակերպի ձևավորումը, որի շնորհիվ արդյունքը կպահպանվի երկարաժամկետ։

Արագ դիետաները կարող են տալ կարճաժամկետ արդյունք, բայց միայն ճիշտ սնունդը, շարժուն ապրելակերպը և հոգեբանական հավասարակշռությունը կօգնեն հասնել կայուն և առողջ նիհարելու։
