Փաշինյանի թիրախում կրկին Սերժ Սարգսյանն է։ Վերջինիս խափանման միջոցը փոխելու և կալանք կիրառելու երկու միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան, որոնք երկուսն էլ մերժվել են։ Նախընտրական այս թոհուբոհում Փաշինյանին օդուջրի պես նոր տեսարաններ են հարկավոր։ Եկեղեցու, Սամվել Կարապետյանի, ընդդիմադիր այլ գործիչների ու փաստաբանների դեմ բռնաճնշումները կարծես քչություն են անում գործող իշխանություններին, և հարկավոր է շատ ավելի հնչեղ գործողություններ իրականացնել՝ կալանավորել նախկին նախագահներից որևէ մեկին՝ այդ կերպ հանրության ուշադրությունը կենսական այլ հարցերից շեղելու նպատակով։
Այդ կապակցությամբ դատախազությունը միայն երեկ երկու միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել երրորդ նախագահին կալանավորելու համար։ Ինքը՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, դռնփակ նիստից հետո լրագրողներին ասել է, որ եթե անգամ իրեն մահապատժի ենթարկեն, երկրից չի բացակայի։ Դատախազությունը միջնորդության մեջ գրել էր, թե օպերատիվ տվյալներ ունի, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը պատրաստվում է լքել Հայաստանը։ Երկու դատավորներ են, որոնցից առնվազն մեկը գործող իշխանության մերձավորներից է, իրենց վճռում նշել են, թե դատախազության ներկայացրած հիմնավորումները բոլորովին էլ հիմնավոր չեն և հրաժարվել են փոխել Սարգսյանի խափանման միջոցը։
Այդուհանդերձ, մեր տեղեկություններով, գործող իշխանությունները ամենևին էլ չեն հանդարտվելու և շարունակելու են միջնորդություններ ներկայացնել դատարաններ, մինչև որևէ դատավոր կալանքի որոշում կայացնի Սերժ Սարգսյանի համար։ Ի դեպ, նախկին նախագահներից չի կալանավորվել նաև Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ իշխանությունը նույնիսկ փորձում է քրեական որևէ գործ հարուցել առաջին նախագահի դեմ՝ նրան ևս կալանավորելու համար։
