Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, մարդիկ ընտրում են այնպիսի ընկերություններ, որոնց ծառայություններից օգտվելը հեշտ է, արագ և պարզ, թե՞ այնպիսի ընկերություններ, որոնցից օգտվելու համար պետք է տրամադրել ավելի շատ ժամանակ և գործադրել հավելյալ ջանքեր։

Ամիօ բանկը, իր գործունեության երկու տարին ամփոփելու շրջանակում, հրապարակում է CES (Customer Effort Score) ցուցանիշը, որը ցույց է տալիս, թե որքան հեշտ է հաճախորդների համար օգտվել բանկի ծառայություններից։

Միջազգային փորձը վկայում է, որ մարդկանց մեծ մասը նախընտրում է այն ապրանքանիշերը, որոնք ապահովում են հեշտ, հստակ և սահուն փորձառություն։ Որքան քիչ ջանք է պահանջվում հաճախորդից՝ խնդիր լուծելու, գնում կատարելու կամ ծառայությունից օգտվելու համար, այնքան մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ նա կվերադառնա և կշարունակի վստահել տվյալ բրենդին։

2025 թվականի տվյալներով՝ Ամիօ բանկի CES ցուցանիշը տատանվում է 6.24-6.26 միջակայքում (առավելագույն գնահատականը՝ 7)։

Բանկի նպատակն է կառուցել երկարաժամկետ և կայուն հարաբերություններ իր հաճախորդների և հասարակության հետ։ Ուստի Ամիօն շնորհակալություն է հայտնում իր հաճախորդներին շարունակական հետադարձ կապի համար և խրախուսում է կիսվել բանկի ծառայությունների ու սպասարկման վերաբերյալ իրենց մտահոգություններով և առաջարկներով։

Այսուհետև Ամիօ բանկի հաճախորդ դառնալն ավելի հեշտ է․ գործընթացը տևում է ընդամենը մի քանի րոպե։ Պարզապես անհրաժեշտ է ներբեռնել AMIO Mobile հավելվածը և գրանցվել առցանց։
