Պերինատոլոգիայի, մանկաբարձության և գինեկոլոգիայի հանրապետական ինստիտուտում հունիսի 30-ին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի հետևանքով տուժած 27-ամյա կնոջ առողջական վիճակում առկա է դրական շարժընթաց: Գիտակցությունը պահպանված է, հեմոդինամիկ բոլոր ցուցանիշները դրական են, հավասարակշռված պատասխանում է բժիշկների հարցերին, զգալի նվազել է այտուցվածությունը, տեղեկացնում է Առողջապահության նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունը:
Կինը դեռևս գտնվում է «Արմենիա» հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոնի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում` բնական շնչառության պայմաններում: Կյանքին սպառնացող վտանգները հաղթահարված են:
Կնոջ` կեսարյան հատման ճանապարհով լույս աշխարհ եկած երեխայի առողջական վիճակում նույնպես առկա է դրական տեղաշարժ: Նորածինը շնչում է առանց արհեստական շնչառության սարքի օգնության: Ստանում է արհեստական սնունդ: Բոլոր ցուցանիշները նորմի սահմաններում են:
Բժշկական անձնակազմի համատեղ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ իրականացվում են բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումները` մոր և նորածնի առողջական վիճակը բարելավելու ուղղությամբ: Մասնագետները նրանց առողջական վիճակի մասին ամեն օր զեկուցում են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարին:
Նշենք, որ վերջին մեկ շաբաթում Պերինատոլոգիայի, մանկաբարձության և գինեկոլոգիայի հանրապետական ինստիտուտում փրկվել է ևս երկու մոր և նորածնի կյանք:
Գյումրիից ծանր վիճակում, 3-րդ աստիճանի անեմիայով կինը տեղափոխվել է Երևան, կատարվել է կեսարյան հատում: ՀՀ Ռ. Հ. Յոլյանի անվան արյունաբանական կենտրոնի մասնագետների խորհրդատվության արդյունքում որոշվել է ծննդկանին փոխներարկել անհրաժեշտ քանակությամբ էրիտրոցիտներ, պլազմա: Այժմ մոր և նորածնի վիճակը գնահատվում է բավարար:
Մյուս դեպքում` 19-ամյա կինը 2-րդ ծննդաբերության ժամանակ բարդացած մանկաբարձական անամնեզով ընդունվել է Աբովյանի բժշկական կենտրոն, հետծննդյան շրջանում ունեցել է արյունահոսություն: Ծննդկանի կյանքը փրկելու նպատակով ՀՀ ԱՆ գլխավոր մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Ռազմիկ Աբրահամյանի հետ մասնագիտական խորհրդատվության արդյունքում կատարվել են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներն ու օպերատիվ միջամտություններ: Կնոջ առողջական վիճակը գնահատվում է բավարար:
