Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հիշեցնում է, որ 2025 թվականից սկսած Հայաստանը միացել է ֆինանսական հաշիվների վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունների ավտոմատ փոխանակման համակարգին։ Հայաստանում գործող հաշվետու ֆինանսական հաստատությունները, յուրաքանչյուր տարի Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեին պետք է ներկայացնեն հարկային նպատակով ոչ ռեզիդենտների ֆինանսական հաշիվների վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ, որոնք Կոմիտեն փոխանցելու է օտարերկրյա հարկային մարմիններին։ Փոխադարձության սկզբունքով, Կոմիտեն էլ իր հերթին գործընկեր երկրների հարկային մարմիններից ստանալու է այդ երկրների հաշվետու ֆինանսական հաստատություններում Հայաստանի հարկային ռեզիդենտներին պատկանող ֆինանսական հաշիվների և պասիվ եկամուտների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն։

Հայաստանն արդեն 2025 թվականին ֆինանսական հաշվետվությունների մասին տեղեկությունների ավտոմատ փոխանակում է իրականացրել 47 պետությունների հետ։ Երկրների ցանկն ընդլայնվելու է յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ տարի։

Ֆինանսական հաշիվների վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունների ավտոմատ փոխանակումն իրականացվում է Միասնական հաշվետվողական ստանդարտի շրջանակում։

Միջազգային այս համակարգի առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ տեղեկությունների փոխանակման համար գործում է մեկ միասնական ծրագրային ենթակառուցվածք՝ Տվյալների փոխանցման միասնական համակարգը։ Այն գաղտնագրված ֆայլերի փոխանակման համար նախատեսված ինքնավար հարթակ է, որին հասանելիությունն ապահովվում է Տնտեսական համագործակցության և զարգացման կազմակերպության միջոցով։
