Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
Կոնֆլիկտը լուծված չէ ո՛չ աշխարհաքաղաքական առումով, ո՛չ քաղաքական առումով, ո՛չ իրավական առումով, ո՛չ բարոյական առումով, ո՛չ էլ սոցիալ-հոգեբանական առումով:
Ադրբեջանցիների պատկերացրած կոնֆլիկտի լուծումը՝ հայկական գործոնի չեզոքացումն ու դուրս մղումն է Հարավային Կովկասից (նրանք դա երբեք չեն թաքցրել՝ անգամ սովետական տարիներին):
Մեզ համար կոնֆլիկտի լուծումը՝ խաղաղ գոյակցության, անվտանգ և կայուն զարգացման, ինքնիշխանութան, անքակտելի իրավունքների, արդարության և ինքնության պահպանման ամուր երաշխիքների մեջ է՝ մեզ պատկանող կենսական տարածքների վրա:
Նիկոլը խոսում է կոնֆլիկտի լուծումից՝ դավադրաբար անտեսելով, որ կոնֆլիկտն ավելի է խորացրել, ավելի շատ է դրսի ուժերի կողմից կառավարելի կամ միջամտելի դարձրել, ու ավելի խորը կախվածության մեջ է դրել Հայաստանի ու Արցախի ապագան:
Կոնֆլիկտի ավարված չլինելու մասին են վկայում Ադրբեջանի ներսում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները, «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» կեղծիքի պաշտոնական քարոզչությունն ու մեր շահերի հաշվին նոր «հաղթանակների» էյֆորիան:
Կոնֆլիկտի ավարտված չլինելու մասին է վկայում Իրանի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններն ու Ադրբեջանի ակտիվ սպառազինումը:
Կոնֆլիկտի ավարտված չլինելու մասին է վկայում Հայաստանի վրայով դեպի Կենտրոնական Ասիա՝ Թուրքիայի աշխարհաքաղաքական ձգտումները:
Կոնֆլիկտի կարգավորված չլինելու մասին է վկայում Հարավային Կովկասից միմյանց դուրս մղելուն ձգտող Արևմուտք-Ռուսաստան հակադրության խորացումը:
Կոնֆլիկտի կարգավորված չլինելու մասին է վկայում «Միջին Միջանցքն» ընդդեմ «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» նախագծերի հակասող շահերի առկայությունը, որը Նիկոլի մոգոնած «խաղաղության խաչմերուկն» ապագայում կարող է վերածել «պատերազմի խաչմերուկի»:
Կոնֆլիկտը կարգավորված չլինելու մասին է վկայում 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված և դեռևս ուժի մեջ գտնվող հայտարարության, ու 2025թ. օգոստոսի 8-ին ստորագրված, բայց ուժի մեջ չմտած թղթերի հակասությունները:
Կոնֆլիկտը կարգավորված չլինելու մասին է վկայում բռնի տեղահանության և հայրենազրկման ենթարկված արցախահայությունն՝ իր չիրացված միջազգային իրավունքներով հանդերձ:
Եվ այլն...
Կոնֆլիկտը կարող էր լուծվել, եթե 2018թ. չմերժեիք լեգիտիմ ընտրված վարչապետ Սերժ Սարգսյանին: Նա ակնարկել էր, որ վարչապետի պաշտոնին ընտրվելու իր համաձայնությունն Արցախի հակամարտության խաղաղ լուծման գնալու՝ արդեն հասունացած ժամանակի մեջ էր:
Արտաքին որոշ հակահայ ուժերին և նրանց հայաստանյան մարիոնետներին պետք չէին Սերժ Սարգսյանի նախատեսած լուծումները: Նրանք ունեին կոնֆլիկտի «կարգավորման» իրենց տարբերակը, որը և պարտադրվում է հայ ժողովրդին՝ սեփական զոհերի, արյան, տարածքային կորուստների, նսեմացման ու նիկոլիզմի աղետաբեր իշխանությանը հանդուրժելու գնով:
