Ինչո՞ւ են ռուս ուսանողները ժամանում Հայաստան և ի՞նչ են այստեղ անելու. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, այս ամիս Հայաստան են գալու ռուս ուսանողներ՝ «Ռուսերենի համար» կամավորական շարժման նախագծի շրջանակներում։ Նրանք ապագա բանասերներ և ուսուցիչներ են, որոնք անցել են խիստ ընտրության գործընթաց՝ տեսապորտֆոլիոներ, թեստեր, շարադրություններ, ապա՝ եռօրյա վերապատրաստում Ֆինանսական համալսարանի «Կամավորական դպրոցում»։

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության 18 համալսարանից եզրափակիչ փուլ է անցել 68-ը, իսկ նրանցից էլ Ռուսաստանը արտասահմանում ներկայացնելու իրավունք է տրվել ընդամենը 33-ին, որոնցից 8-ն ընտրել են Հայաստանը։

Իսկ ի՞նչ են նրանք անելու Հայաստանում: Անցկացնելու են ինտերակտիվ դասընթացներ, գրական երեկոներ, վիկտորինաներ և վարպետության դասեր: Քննարկելու են ռուս հայտնի գրողներին՝ առանց դրանք դպրոցական պարտականություն դարձնելու: Ցույց են տալու հայ դպրոցականներին, որ ռուսերենը պարզապես մատյանում գնահատական չէ, այլ լայն մշակութային տարածքի, ռուսական համալսարաններում կրթության, ԵԱՏՄ երկրներում աշխատելու, մեծանուն գրողներին բնօրինակով կարդալու կամ ռուսական ֆիլմերն առանց տիտրերի դիտելու հնարավորության բանալին:

Այսօր Հայաստանում ռուսերենի հետ կապված իրավիճակը երկակի է: Մի կողմից՝ թվերը տպավորիչ են. բնակչության 70-80 %-ը խոսում է ռուսերեն, կա ավելի քան 60 դպրոց, որոնք առաջարկում են լեզվի խորացված ուսուցում, և հրատարակվում են ռուսալեզու պարբերականներ: Մյուս կողմից՝ 2024 թվականին ռուսերենը պաշտոնապես ստացավ օտար լեզվի կարգավիճակ, ինչն արդեն հանգեցրել է մի շարք դպրոցներում դասավանդման ժամերի կրճատմանը:

Հավելենք, որ «Ռուսերենի համար» նախագիծը մեկնարկել է 2024 թվականին ՝ որպես փորձնական ծրագիր և անմիջապես ցույց է տվել իր մասշտաբները. արդեն առաջին տարում Ռուսաստանից և ԱՊՀ երկրներից ավելի քան 250 ուսանող է դիմել, որոնցից լավագույն 30-ը մեկնել են ինը երկիր:
