Մի քանի հազար միգրանտներ կարտաքսվեն Ռուսաստանից

Ռուսաստանից Մոսկվայի մարզում հանցագործություններ կատարելու համար ավելի քան 4300 միգրանտ կարտաքսվի ։ Այս մասին հայտնել է Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Մոսկվայի մարզի վարչության մամուլի ծառայությունը՝ «անօրինական» անվամբ խոշորածավալ ռեյդից հետո։
Հաղորդվել է , որ կանխարգելիչ գործողության ընթացքում կանխվել է միգրացիայի հետ կապված 15,705 վարչական իրավախախտում և հանցագործություն: Երկրում գտնվելու կանոնների խախտման համար կազմվել է ավելի քան 10,000 վարչական արձանագրություն: Անօրինական աշխատանքի համար կազմվել է ավելի քան 2,100 արձանագրություն: Բացի այդ, գործակալությունը հայտնել է, որ հարուցվել է 748 քրեական գործ:
Մոսկվայում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել Պրոկշինո բնակելի համալիրում օտարերկրացիների մասնակցությամբ զանգվածային ծեծկռտուքի կապակցությամբ։ Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ Ռուսաստանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 213-րդ հոդվածի («Խուլիգանություն») 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով։
Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել Կոմունարկայի բնակելի թաղամասի փողոցներում: Հաղորդվում է, որ երեք մարդ վիրավորվել է: Տեղի բնակիչները պատմել են, որ խուսափել են պատահական հարձակումներից և լսել են «անհասկանալի լեզվով» գոռոցներ: Ծեծկռտուքին մասնակցողները քարեր են նետել և կոտրել շենքերի առաջին հարկերի պատուհանները:
Բնակելի համալիրի բնակիչը կիսվել է միջադեպի մանրամասներով և հայտնել է սև Mercedes-ի մասին՝ առանց համարանիշների, որին «ուղղորդել է» միգրանտների միջև զանգվածային կռիվը: Ավելի վաղ բնակելի համալիրի մոտ տեղի էր ունեցել աղմկոտ հավաք, և այդ առավոտյան կասկածելի անձինք ժամանել էին առանց համարանիշների մեքենայով: Բնակիչները միջադեպը կապել են հաճախորդների համար մրցակցության հետ: Բնակելի համալիրի տարածքը դեռևս քաղաքին չի հանձնվել, և բնակիչները բազմիցս դիմումներ են ներկայացրել տարբեր մարմինների՝ խնդրելով արագացնել հասարակական վայրերում տեսահսկողության տեղադրումը:
