Այս շաբաթ Լուվրի զարդերի աննախադեպ գողության գործով ձերբակալված հինգ կասկածյալներից մեկն ազատ է արձակվել առանց մեղադրանքի, շաբաթ օրը AFP-ին հայտնել են նրա փաստաբանները։

Անցյալ ամիս էլեկտրական գործիքներով զինված գողերը օրը ցերեկով մտել են աշխարհի ամենաշատ այցելվող արվեստի թանգարան՝ Լուվր, ընդամենը յոթ րոպեում գողանալով մոտ 102 միլիոն դոլարի զարդեր։ Ֆրանսիական իշխանությունները սկզբում հայտարարել էին երկու կասկածյալների ձերբակալության մասին, իսկ այս շաբաթ դատախազները հայտարարել են, որ ոստիկանությունը ձերբակալել է եւս հինգ մարդու, այդ թվում՝ գլխավոր կասկածյալին։

Հինգ կասկածյալներից մեկը ուրբաթ ազատ է արձակվել առանց մեղադրանքի, ասել են նրա փաստաբաններ Սոֆիա Բուգրինը եւ Նոեմի Գորինը։

«Այս լուրջ հանցագործությունների գործերում մենք պարզում ենք, որ ձերբակալությունների ալիքները ավելի շատ նման են լողացող ցանցերի»,- AFP-ին ասել է Բուգրինը՝ նշելով, որ կարծում է, որ որոշ ձերբակալություններ ընտրողական բնույթ չեն կրել։

Շաբաթ օրը վաղ առավոտյան այս շաբաթ ձերբակալված մի քանի կասկածյալներ ներկայացել են Փարիզի դատարան։

Փարիզի դատախազությունը չի նշել դատարան ներկայացած կասկածյալների թիվը։ Ավելի վաղ ձերբակալված առաջին երկու տղամարդկանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել գողության եւ դավադրության համար, այն բանից հետո, երբ նրանք «մասամբ ընդունել են իրենց մեղքը», այս շաբաթ ասել է Փարիզի դատախազ Լոր Բեկուան։

Նրանց կասկածում են պատկերասրահ ներխուժելու մեջ, մինչ երկու հանցակիցները դրսում սպասում էին։ Գողոնը դեռեւս հայտնաբրեված չէ։
