Ռուսաստանից կարտաքսվի ավելի քան 4,300 ներգաղթյալ

«Անօրինական-2025» կանխարգելիչ գործողության արդյունքում Ռուսաստանից կարտաքսվի ավելի քան 4,300 օտարերկրյա քաղաքացի՝ տարբեր իրավախախտումների համար, հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Մոսկվայի մարզի գլխավոր վարչության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի պետ Տատյանա Պետրովան։
«Դատական մարմինները Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների վարչական արտաքսման վերաբերյալ ավելի քան 4,300 որոշում են կայացրել», - շաբաթ օրը լրագրողներին ասել է Պետրովան։
Գլխավոր վարչության ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝ գործողության երկու փուլերի արդյունքում կանխվել է միգրացիայի հետ կապված 15,700 վարչական իրավախախտում։
Ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները կազմել են ավելի քան 10,000 վարչական արձանագրություն՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Վարչական իրավախախտումների օրենսգրքի 18.8 հոդվածի համաձայն՝ Ռուսաստանում գտնվելու կանոնները խախտելու համար, և ևս 2,100 արձանագրություն՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Վարչական իրավախախտումների օրենսգրքի 18.10 հոդվածի համաձայն՝ անօրինական աշխատանքի համար։ Գործատուներին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին աշխատանքային գործունեության մեջ անօրինական կերպով ներգրավելու համար՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Վարչական իրավախախտումների օրենսգրքի 18.10 հոդվածի համաձայն: Պետրովան նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Վարչական իրավախախտումների օրենսգրքի 18.15 հոդվածի դրությամբ կազմվել է ավելի քան 1,600 վարչական արձանագրություն:
Գործողության շրջանակներում հարուցվել է 748 քրեական գործ, որոնց մեծ մասը՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Քրեական օրենսգրքի 322.3 հոդվածով (կեղծ գրանցում) (430) և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Քրեական օրենսգրքի 327 հոդվածով (միգրացիոն փաստաթղթերի կեղծում) (235):
Ոստիկանությունը նաև հարուցել է 29 քրեական գործ՝ թմրանյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառության հետ կապված հանցագործությունների համար (Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Քրեական օրենսգրքի 228 հոդված) և ևս 24՝ օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների կողմից կատարված այլ հանցագործությունների համար:
«Անօրինական» գործողության առաջին փուլը տեղի է ունեցել հունիսի 16-ից 25-ը: Երկրորդը՝ հոկտեմբերի 13-ից 22-ը:
