Վերջին տարիներին աշխարհը կանգնած է նոր լարվածության շեմին։ Ուկրաինական պատերազմը, Մերձավոր Արևելքի հակամարտությունները, Թայվանի շուրջ ճգնաժամը և Արևմուտք–Արևելք հակադրությունը վերածվել են գլոբալ անորոշության խորհրդանիշների։ Հաճախ հանրային հռետորաբանության մեջ հնչում է հարցը՝ «Երբ կսկսվի Երրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմը», և արդյո՞ք մենք արդեն գտնվում ենք դրա նախաշեմին։

 Քաղաքական լարվածություն՝ աննախադեպ մասշտաբներով

Վերլուծաբանների մեծ մասը համաձայն է, որ աշխարհը ներկայումս ապրում է պատերազմի նախապատրաստական դարաշրջանում։ Արևմտյան երկրները լայնածավալ օգնություն են ցուցաբերում Ուկրաինային, Չինաստանը ամրապնդում է ռազմական համագործակցությունը Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի հետ, իսկ ՆԱՏՕ-ն ընդլայնում է իր սահմանները։


Այս համատեքստում միջազգային հարաբերությունները հիշեցնում են սառը պատերազմի վերջին փուլերը՝ երբ քաղաքական դաշինքներն արդեն ձևավորված էին, իսկ առճակատումը՝ անխուսափելի։

Հիբրիդային պատերազմ՝ առանց ճակատների

Փորձագետները նշում են, որ հնարավոր երրորդ համաշխարհայինը, եթե անգամ սկսվի, չի լինի դասական իմաստով պատերազմ։ Այն կծավալվի միաժամանակ մի քանի հարթություններում՝ կիբեր, տեղեկատվական, տնտեսական և տեխնոլոգիական։
Այսօր արդեն բազմաթիվ պետություններ իրականացնում են հիբրիդային գործողություններ՝ միմյանց դեմ կիբերհարձակումների, քարոզչական պատերազմների և տնտեսական պատժամիջոցների տեսքով։

 Որտեղ կարող է բռնկվել «կենտրոնական կայծը»

Վերլուծությունների մեծ մասը մատնանշում է երեք հիմնական վտանգավոր տարածաշրջան․

  • Թայվան․ ԱՄՆ–Չինաստան հակամարտությունը տեխնոլոգիական և ռազմավարական առումով վտանգավոր կարող է լինել ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի համար։

  • Մերձավոր Արևելք․ Իսրայել–Իրան բախման սրացումը կարող է ներգրավել մի շարք ուժային խաղացողների։

  • Ուկրաինա․ եթե հակամարտությունը դուրս գա ներկայիս սահմաններից, հնարավոր է ՆԱՏՕ–Ռուսաստան ուղղակի առճակատում։

Իսկ հնարավո՞ր է խուսափել

Չնայած լարված իրավիճակին, մի շարք միջազգային կենտրոններ վստահ են՝ Երրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմը դեռ անխուսափելի չէ։ Գլոբալ տնտեսական փոխկախվածությունը և միջուկային զսպման քաղաքականությունը ստիպում են գերտերություններին հաշվարկված քայլեր կատարել։

Եզրակացություն

Այսօր աշխարհը հավասարակշռության նուրբ գծի վրա է։ Մեկ սխալ քայլ՝ և գերտերությունների մրցակցությունը կարող է վերածվել համաշխարհային բախման։ Սակայն դեռևս հույս կա, որ մարդկությունը դասեր է քաղել անցյալից, և նոր պատերազմը կմնա միայն կանխատեսումների ու վերլուծությունների տիրույթում։
