Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 30-ին, ստորագրել է ռազմական դրությունը և զորահավաքը ևս 90 օրով երկարաձգելու մասին օրենքներ, որոնք ուժի մեջ են մտնում նոյեմբերի 5-ից, հաղորդում է РБК-Украина-ն՝ վկայակոչելով Ուկրաինայի Գերագույն Ռադայի կայքին։

Ուկրաինայի նախագահը ստորագրել է համապատասխան՝ թիվ 14128 և թիվ 14129 օրենքները: Այսպիսով, Ուկրաինայում ռազմական դրությունը և զորահավաքը երկարաձգվում են ևս 90 օրով՝ սկսած 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 5-ից, և ուժի մեջ կմնան առնվազն մինչև 2026 թվականի փետրվարի 3-ը։

Լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողությունների սկսվելուց ի վեր սա Ուկրաինայում ռազմական դրության և զորահավաքի 17-րդ երկարաձգումն է:  Գերագույն Ռադան վերջին անգամ ռազմական դրությունը և զորահավաքը երկարաձգել էր հուլիսի 15-ին։

Ռազմական դրությունը հատուկ իրավական ռեժիմ է, որը մտցվել է Ռուսաստանի լայնածավալ ներխուժումից հետո: Այն մտցվում է Ուկրաինայի անկախությանը և տարածքային ամբողջականությանը սպառնացող վտանգի պատճառով, որը պայմանավորված է զինված ագրեսիայի կամ հարձակման սպառնալիքով։

Ռազմական դրությունը լրացուցիչ լիազորություններով է օժտում պետական ​​մարմիններին, զինվորական հրամանատարությանը, տեղական վարչակազմի և ինքնակառավարման մարմիններին: Այսդ լիազորություններն անհրաժեշտ են սպառնալիքները կանխելու և ագրեսիան հետ մղելու համար։

Ուկրաինայում զորահավաքի ենթակա են բժշկական զննում անցած 25-60 տարեկան տղամարդիկ: Բժշկական կրթություն ունեցող կանայք ևս կարող են զորահավաքի ենթարկվել, բայց միայն կամավոր հիմունքներով։

Ավելի վաղ Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության նախարար Դենիս Շմիգալը շեշտել էր, որ զորահավաքի ներկա մակարդակը բավարար է անձնակազմը համալրելու և պահեստազոր կազմավորելու համար։
