Մոլդովական փորձի փոխանակում՝ Փաշինյան-Սանդու հանդիպմանը

Փարիզի խաղաղության ֆորումի շրջանակներում տեղի է ունեցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումը Մոլդովայի նախագահ Մայա Սանդուի հետ։ Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության՝ զրուցակիցները քննարկել են Հայաստան-Մոլդովա երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման հեռանկարները, ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումների առաջմղման և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության հարցերը, ինչպես նաև վերահաստատել միջազգային հարթակներում փոխջակցության կարևորությունը։

Օրեր առաջ Մոլդովայի նախագահը հայտարարել էր, որ Ռուսաստանը կփորձի ազդեցություն ունենալ Հայաստանում։ «Ռուսաստանը փոխում է մարտավարությունը։ Չկարողացան կանխատեսել իրադարձությունների ընթացքը և հիմա փորձում են վերաձևել իրենց ծրագիրը՝ միջամտելով այլ երկրների ներքին գործերին։ Հայաստանում հաջորդ տարի ընտրություններ են, և Ռուսաստանը կփորձի պահպանել իր ազդեցությունը, ազդել իշխանության ձևավորման վրա»,- նշել էր Սանդուն։

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները, ըստ պաշտոնական տվյալների, չեն բացառել, որ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ կարող են օգտագործվել Մոլդովայի փորձը, երբ ընդդիմադիր մի շարք կուսակցությունների մասնակցությունը սահմանափակվել է՝ Արևմուտքի լռելյայն համաձայնության ներքո։ Ըստ երևույթին, Մայա Սանդուն Փաշինյանին խորհրդատվություն է տվել, թե ինչպես հակադեմոկրատական մեթոդներով վերաձևել ընտրական համակարգը՝ վերարտադրվելու համար։ Փաշինյանն էլ հակված է նման մեթոդների կիրառմանը՝ ռուսամետ ընդդիմադիր միավորների մասնակցությունը արգելելով և Արևմուտքի դատապարտումից խուսափելով, փորձելով պահպանել իր իշխանությունը։

Այս առումով, Մոլդովան դարձել է առաջին «ծիծեռնակը», որին հնարավոր է հետևեն այլ երկրներ։
