«Բրենդլիդեր» ՍՊԸ-ի հացի արտադրամասի գործունեություն է կասեցվել

ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Կոտայքի մարզային կենտրոնի տեսուչները վերահսկողություն են իրականացրել «Բրենդլիդեր» Հ/Ձ ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող (Կոտայքի մարզ, ք․ Բյուրեղավան) հացի արտադրամասում։
Ստուգման ընթացքում պարզել են, որ արտադրական գործընթացներն այստեղ իրականացվում են սննդամթերքի հիգիենային ներկայացվող սահմանված պահանջների խախտմամբ։
Մասնավորապես՝
- կառուցվածքը և դասավորվածությունը չեն պահպանել պարենային հումքի և սննդամթերքի, աղտոտված և մաքուր գույքի հանիպական հոսքերը բացառող հոսքայնության հնարավորությունը,
- արտադրական շինության պատերը չեն ունեցել հարթ մակերես, պատրաստված չեն եղել լվացվող ու անջրանցիկ նյութերից,
- առաստաղը նախագծված և կառուցված չի եղել այնպես, որ կանխարգելի կեղտի կուտակումը, գոլորշու խտացումը, անցանկալի բորբոսների աճը և մասնիկների թափվելու հնարավորությունը,
- սարքավորումները, գործիքները, պարագաները և բեռնարկղերը չեն պահվել նորոգ և բարվոք վիճակում։
Տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի որոշմամբ՝ հացի արտադրամասի արտադրական գործունեությունը կասեցվել է, հայտնաբերված խախտումները վերացնելու համար սահմանվել է ժամկետ։
