Իրանի գերագույն առաջնորդ այաթոլլահ Սեյեդ Ալի Խամենեիի գլխավոր ռազմական խորհրդական, գեներալ-մայոր Յահյա Ռահիմ Սաֆավին «միջանցքների պատերազմը» հայտարարել է միջազգային հարաբերությունների վճռորոշ ասպարեզ և Իրանի ռազմավարական ազդեցության նոր ասպարեզ, հաղորդում է Mehr-ը։

Ելույթ ունենալով երկուշաբթի օրը՝ «Բասիջը, զարգացումը և կայուն անվտանգությունը Իրանի հարավ-արևելքում» թեմայով գիտական կոմիտեի վեցերորդ նիստում, գեներալ-մայոր Յահյա Ռահիմ Սաֆավին ընդգծել է Իրանի աշխարհաքաղաքական դիրքի աճող կարևորությունը։

«Այսօր աշխարհը ներգրավված է մրցակցության նոր ձևի մեջ, որը հայտնի է որպես միջանցքների պատերազմ։ Մրցակցություն, որը որոշվում է երկաթուղիներով, ծովային ուղիներով և տարանցիկ մայրուղիներով», - ասել է Սաֆավին, որը Իսլամական հեղափոխության պահապանների կորպուսի (ԻՀՊԿ) նախկին գլխավոր հրամանատարն էր։

Նա նշել է, որ այս ասպարեզում «ռազմավարական աշխարհագրություն և ուժեղ հանրային անվտանգություն ունեցող երկրները կլինեն գլխավոր խաղացողները»։

Նա հավելել է, որ Միջանցքների պատերազմը «արտացոլում է Արևելքի և Արևմուտքի միջև քաղաքակրթական մրցակցությունը և այն, որ Իրանը՝ իր յուրահատուկ դիրքով, որը կապում է Արևելքն Արևմուտքի և Հյուսիսը Հարավի հետ, կարող է ծառայել որպես տարածաշրջանային ուժերի հավասարակշռության նոր առանցք»։

Իրանի հատուկ աշխարհագրական դիրքը, որը գտնվում է Հյուսիս-Հարավ և Արևելք-Արևմուտք միջազգային միջանցքների երկայնքով, որոնք կապում են Արևմտյան Ասիան Արևելյան Ասիայի և Եվրոպայի հետ, երկրին ապահովել է յուրօրինակ տարանցիկ կետ։ Իրանի երկաթուղային ցանցը արևմուտքում կապված է Թուրքիայի և Եվրոպայի հետ, հյուսիս-արևմուտքում՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ, հյուսիսում՝ Կասպից ծովի և Թուրքմենստանի, Ղազախստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի հետ, հյուսիս-արևելքում՝ Թուրքմենստանի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի, Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի հետ, հարավ-արևելքում՝ Պակիստանի հետ, իսկ հարավում՝ Պարսից ծոցի և աշխարհի բաց ջրերի հետ։
