Փաշինյանն՝ ընդդեմ հայկական բանակի
ANALYSIS
2026 թվականին նախատեսվում է կրճատել ՀՀ պաշտպանական ծախսերը։ Այդ մասին են վկայում 2026 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագծում նշված տվյալները։ 2025 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագծի համեմատ Պաշտպանության նախարարության ծախսերը կկրճատվեն 15.3%-ով՝ կազմելով 563.1 միլիարդ դրամ (1.4 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար)։ Սա կազմում է պետական բյուջեի ընդհանուր ծախսերի մոտավորապես 15.5%։ Կրճատումը կանդրադառնա նաև Ներքին գործերի նախարարությանը։ Այսպիսով՝ ծախսերի կրճատումը կկազմի 2,2%, այսինքն՝ մինչև 102,6 միլիարդ դրամ (մոտ 267 միլիոն դոլար)։
Պաշտպանական ծախսերի կրճատումը, ինչպես նաև առաջիկայում պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայության կրճատումը կես տարով, ստիպում են մտածել, որ գործող իշխանությունները միտումնավոր նվազեցնում են ՀՀ պաշտպանունակությունը։ Գրեթե պատերազական վիճակում գտնվող, առնվազն երկու հարևանների հետ խնդիրներ ունեցող, պատերազմում պարտված երկիրը, ըստ առողջ տրամաբանության, պետք է հակառակն աներ՝ փորձեր ամրապնդել իր զինված ուժերը։ Ուստի, Փաշինյանի գործողությունները մեկ բացատրություն ունեն՝ թելադրված և պարտադրված են թշնամական տանդեմի կողմից։ Սա ևս մեկ անգամ վկայում է, որ Հայաստանում գործ ունենք կոլաբորացիոնիստ և օտար ուժերի հետ, որոնցից ազատվելը օր առաջ անհրաժեշտություն է։
