Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի դոցենտ, տնտեսագիտության թեկնածու Սուրեն Պարսյանը հրավիրվել է մասնակցելու աշխարհի առաջատար վերլուծական կենտրոններից մեկի՝ Observer Research Foundation (ORF)-ի և Հնդկաստանի Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPS&W) նախարարության կողմից կազմակերպվող «Sagarmanthan: The Great Oceans Dialogue 2025» միջազգային ֆորումին։ Միջոցառումը տեղի կունենա 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 27–29-ը, Հնդկաստանի ֆինանսական մայրաքաղաք Մումբայում։

«Sagarmanthan»-ը միջազգային կարևոր հարթակ է, որն ամեն տարի համախմբում է պետական և մասնավոր հատվածների բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչների, գիտական համայնքի անդամների, քաղաքականության մշակողների, քաղաքացիական հասարակության և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների՝ քննարկելու գլոբալ ծովային տնտեսության ներկա և ապագա մարտահրավերները։

Ֆորումի նպատակն է խթանել քննարկումները կապույտ տնտեսության, ծովային լոգիստիկայի, նավահանգիստների և ջրային ուղիների կառավարման, ինչպես նաև ծովային քաղաքականության նոր մոտեցումների շուրջ՝ միաժամանակ ձևավորելով միջազգային համագործակցության նոր ուղիներ՝ առավել դիմացկուն, ներառական և կայուն ծովային ապագա ապահովելու համար։

2025 թվականի ֆորումը կենտրոնանալու է հինգ ռազմավարական թեմատիկ ուղղությունների վրա.

  1. Կապերի վերաիմաստավորում․ նոր նյութեր, նոր շուկաներ և նոր քաղաքականություն,
  2. Ազատ նավատորմեր․ օվկիանոսի կոալիցիաներ,
  3. Կապույտ քաղաքների պարադիգմ․ ֆինանսներ, ծառայություններ և մարդկային ներուժ,
  4. Կապույտ բուրգի հավասարեցում․ ծովափնյա համայնքների արժեքավորումը,
  5. Տեխնոլոգիական սահմաններ․ մոլորակ, արդյունավետություն և շահույթ։

Տնտեսագետ Սուրեն Պարսյանի մասնակցությունը ֆորումին կարևոր հնարավորություն է Հայաստանի համար՝ ներկայացնելու մեր երկրի տնտեսական, տրանսպորտային և տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության հնարավորությունները միջազգային բեմում։ Նրա ելույթը և մասնակցությունը քննարկումներին ուղղված կլինեն Հայաստանի ներառմանը գլոբալ ծովային և կապույտ տնտեսության ռազմավարական գործընթացներում, ինչպես նաև նոր գործընկերային կապերի ստեղծմանը՝ գիտության, կրթության, տնտեսության և քաղաքականության ոլորտներում։

Պարոն Պարսյանը նաև ընդգծում է, որ նման հարթակները կարևոր դեր ունեն գիտակրթական հաստատությունների միջազգային ճանաչման, ինչպես նաև գիտական ու տնտեսական դիվանագիտության ամրապնդման գործում: «Հայաստանի նման երկրները, թեև չունեն ծովային սահմաններ, սակայն ունեն զգալի հետաքրքրություն կապույտ տնտեսության, լոգիստիկայի և միջազգային առևտրային ցանցերի զարգացման հարցերում։ Այս ֆորումը հնարավորություն է միջազգային գործընկերների հետ քննարկելու այն ուղիները, որոնց միջոցով մեր երկիրը կարող է դառնալ տարածաշրջանային տնտեսական կամուրջ և ներդրումային համագործակցության հարթակ», - նշեց Սուրեն Պարսյանը։

Միջոցառման ընթացքում նախատեսվում են թեմատիկ քննարկումներ, գագաթնաժողովային նիստեր, մասնագիտական սեմինարներ և գործընկերային հանդիպումներ, որոնց արդյունքները կնպաստեն համաշխարհային ծովային քաղաքականության նոր ուղղությունների ձևավորմանը։
