ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է տեղի ունեցել

Հուլիսի 10-ին զինծառայողների քրեական պատասխանատվության նվազեցմանն ուղղված կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների շրջանակում պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի գլխավորությամբ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում տեղի ունեցավ աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն, որին մասնակցում էին պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Արա Նազարյանը« ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետի տեղակալ« գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մովսես Հակոբյանը« ՊՆ և ԳՇ մի շարք վարչությունների պետեր. տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունը:

Խորհրդակցությանը հրավիրված էին նաև  զինվորական դատախազ Արտավազդ Հարությունյանը, քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ, զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության պետ Հայկ Գրիգորյանը: Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկվեցին ազգային բանակում կարգապահության առկա  իրավիճակը,  ինչպես նաև հանցակազմ պարունակող երևույթների և արարքների նվազեցման ուղղված միջոցառումները: Գնահատելով անցած տարվա ընթացքում կատարված աշխատանքները՝ խորհրդակցության մասնակիցները ընդգծել են արատավոր երևույթների դեմ պայքարը շարունակելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Հընթացս քննարկվեց նաև քրեական օրենսգրքում առկա մի շարք զինվորական հանցագործությունների մասով որոշակի փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Այդ կապակցությամբ որոշում կայացվեց քրեական օրենսգրքում զինվորական հանցագործություններ նախատեսող որոշ հոդվածներ վերանայելու նպատակով ստեղծել հանձնաժողով: Վերջինիս աշխատանքները կղեկավարի զինվորական դատախազ Արտավազդ Հարությունյանը:

Խորհրդակցության շրջանակում քննարկվել են նաև ազգային բանակի և իրավապահ մարմինների համագործակցության ամրապնդմանը միտված հարցեր: Պաշտպանության նախարարը տվեց  հստակ  հանձնարարականներ և ցուցումներ:
