SOCIETYՀանցախմբի չբացահայտվելու պայմաններում մի քանի տարի առաջ Ստեփանավանի բնակիչ Գագիկ Կարապետյանին խմբակային գողության հոդվածով առաջադրված մեղադրանքը նույն ձևով ուղարկվեց դատարան և նույն հոդվածով էլ կայացվեց դատավճիռ, որն անփոփոխ մնաց նաև վերադաս ատյաններում: Եվ քաղաքացին միայնակ կրեց չհաստատված խմբի կազմում, մինչդեռ իրավապահների և դատարանի կողմից՝ խմբակային հանցագործության համար սահմանած պատիժը:
Գագիկից բացի՝ մեր երկրի իրավական համակարգի անկատարությանը բախվեց նաև մայրը՝ Սուսաննա Տրանդաֆիլովան՝ իր հերթին հայտնվելով իշխանությունների հետ պայքարում: Կնոջը ձերբակալեցին, խուլիգանության հոդվածով մեղադրանք առաջադրեցին ոստիկանության շենքում հասարակական կարգը խախտելու համար, ուր իրականում նա գնացել էր որդու գործի հետ կապված իր հարցերի պատասխաններն ու պարզաբանումները ստանալու նպատակով: Մինչև անգամ դատահոգեբուժական փորձաքննության ուղարկելու որոշում կայացրին նրա վերաբերյալ, որի եզրակացությամբ, իհարկե, բացառվեց կնոջ հոգեկան անառողջության՝ ոստիկանական վարկածը: Այժմ էլ դատավորների նշանակած մի քանի տուգանքների պատճառով արգելանք է դրված տան վրա, որտեղ բնակվում է այս ընտանիքը: Տեսանյութում տարիներով շարունակվող ճնշումների և իրենց պայքարի մասին է պատմում Սուսաննա Տրանդաֆիլովան:
«Երիտասարդը ենթադրյալ խմբի կազմում հանցագործություն կատարելու կասկածանքով բռնվել էր և դրանից հետո դատապարտվեց, դատական բոլոր ատյաններում իմ բողոքին էլ որևէ ընդառաջման չգնացին դատավորները, արդյունքում առաջին ատյանի դատավճիռը մնաց անփոփոխ,- պատմում է նաև փաստաբան Կարինե Գասպարյանը,- Դատապարտվեց խմբի հետ հանցագործություն կատարելու համար, բայց այդպես էլ խումբը չգտնվեց, այդպես էլ առանց այդ խմբի անդամների հետ առերեսման, առանց որևէ քննչական գործողություն կատարելու՝ խմբի համար Գագիկը դատապարտվեց: Գագիկի մայրն էլ որոշակի օրինական գործողություններով փորձել է ինձ հետ համատեղ պահանջել, որ որդու իրավունքները չոտնահարվեն, բայց փաստորեն ինքն էլ հայտնվեց այն թակարդում, որ ոստիկանությունը հանցագործի կարգավիճակ տվեց Սուսաննային: Ես ցավ եմ ապրում, որ Գագիկ Կարապետյանն ու նրա ընտանիքի անդամները հայտնվել են ոստիկանության թիրախում, և տարիներ շարունակ նրանց անձի հետ կապված անընդհատ ոտնձգություններ են լինում»:
