Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտարարել է, որ Մոսկվան կպատասխանի ռուսաստանյան ակտիվների բռնագրավման ցանկացած փորձի, հաղորդում է «Коммерсантъ»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով նրա հարցազրույցը ВГТРК-ի լրագրող Պավել Զարուբինին։
Պեսկովն ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանը կօգտագործի բոլոր հասանելի իրավական մեխանիզմները՝ թե՛ ազգային, թե՛ միջազգային, որպեսզի օրենքով հետապնդի նման ապօրինի որոշումների նախաձեռնողներին և կատարողներին։
«Նրանք հասկանում են, որ նման գործողությունները չենք թողնելու անպատասխան։ Եվ մենք հետապնդելու ենք՝ օգտագործելով բոլոր հնարավոր ազգային և միջազգային իրավական գործիքները։ Օրենքով հետապնդելու ենք նրանց, ովքեր առնչություն ունեն նման ապօրինի որոշումների ընդունման հետ», – հայտարարել է Պեսկովը։
Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ Եվրոպական միությունը ուժեղացրել է ճնշումը Բելգիայի վրա՝ ռուսաստանյան սառեցված ակտիվների՝ ընդհանուր մոտ €190 միլիարդի օգտագործման թույլտվություն ստանալու նպատակով։ Այդ միջոցները նախատեսվում է ուղղել Ուկրաինային «ռեպարացիոն վարկ» տրամադրելուն։
