Վրաստանում մահացել է 26-ամյա ուսուցիչը, որին դաժան ծեծի է ենթարկել անչափահասների խումբը

Երեկ հայտնի է դարձել, որ հիվանդանոցում մահացել է երիտասարդ ուսուցիչ, 26-ամյա Գիգա Ավալիանին, որին, ըստ առկա տեղեկությունների, Թբիլիսիի Թեմքա թաղամասում ծուղակ էին պատրաստել, ծեծի ենթարկել և ծանր վնասվածքներ հասցրել գլխի շրջանում, հաղորդում է TV Pirveli-ն։
Ուսուցիչը մի քանի օր գտնվել է կոմայի մեջ, և բժիշկները պայքարել են նրա կյանքի համար մինչև երեկ։
«Տարածեք այս տեսանյութը և պահանջեք հանցագործներին պատժել, մինչև նրանք չեն սպանել նաև ձեր երեխաներին», – սա էր մոր հիմնական ուղերձը, որը մի քանի ժամ առաջ տեսաուղերձ էր հրապարակել սոցիալական ցանցերում։
«Իմ որդուն սպանել են 16–17 տարեկան երեխաներ՝ նրանք, ովքեր վաղը կսպանեն նաև ձեր երեխաներին, եթե նրանց չձերբակալեն։ Գիգային սպանել են խմբով։ Մեկին ներկայացնում են որպես գլխավոր մեղավոր, որպեսզի մյուսները հեշտությամբ ազատվեն։ Տարածեք այս տեսանյութը։ Փոխեք օրենքները։ Այս մարդասպաններն անչափահասներ են», – ասել է սպանված ուսուցչի մայրը։
Չհաստատված տեղեկություններով, արյունալի բախմանը մասնակցել է չորս անձ, որոնցից մեկը՝ անչափահաս աղջիկ։ Ըստ առկա տվյալների, կոնֆլիկտի պատճառը եղել է խանդը։
«Շաբաթիս Էթերի» («Շաբաթօրյա եթեր») հաղորդմանը Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ-ից հաղորդել են, որ դեպքի առթիվ քննություն է ընթանում Վրաստանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 117-րդ հոդվածով։
Նախարարության տվյալներով, ծանր հանցագործության կատարման մեղադրանքով ձերբակալվել է 17-ամյա մի պատանի։ Զոհվածի ընտանիքը պահանջում է պարզել և պատժել կոնֆլիկտի բոլոր մասնակիցներին։
