Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից արտադրած տեսանյութը (AI-ով թե առանց AI-ի, որեևէ բան չի փոխում), որը հրապարակվել է Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու քայքայման և հնազանդեցման նպատակով, երկրի ղեկին կանգնած առաձնյակի բարոյական ազատ անկման մի նոր ապացույց չէ զուտ: Այս մասին գրել է ՀԱԿ փոխնախագահ Լևոն Զուրաբյանը։
«Եկեղեցու դեմ Փաշինյանի առաջին իսկ հրապարակային գործողություններից և «դոմփելու» մասին մայիսի 30-ի տխրահռչակ հայտարարությունից ի վեր պարզ էր, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անձամբ հանձնարարել էր պատրաստել և հայտարարության պահին արդեն ձեռքի տակ ունեցել է ԱԱԾ-ի կողմից ստեղծված անհրաժեշտ «ապացույցները», որոնք պետք է օգտագործվեին եկեղեցաքանդ հետագա գործողությունների մեջ:
Փաշինյանը, սակայն, մի բան չհասկացավ` «մերկացնելով» իր սեփական ընդդիմախոսներին, նա այսօր մերկացրեց իր անբարո ռեժիմի դեմքը, որը չի խորշում Սահմանադրության, օրինականության, պարկեշտության և բարոյականության որեևէ նորմի ցուցադրական ոչնչացումից: Նա հաճույքով պղծում է հասարակության գիտակցությունը, ժողովրդի տարբեր հատվածներ իրար դեմ հանում, թունավորում հանրային մթնոլորտը:
Ազդարարելով, որ «հոգու աչքերով» անձամբ կընտրի «Համակարգող խումբ` վեհարանը ազատելու և կաթողիկոսական նոր ընտրություններ կատարելու» նպատակով, Փաշինյանը չարաշահեց վարչապետի պաշտոնական լիազորությունները, խախտեց ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 17 և 41 հոդվածները, ըստ որոնց Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցին անջատ է պետությունից և օժտված ինքնավարությամբ:
Հայտարարելով, որ աջակցում է կարգալույծ քահանային և հոկտեմբերի 26-ին մասնակցելու է նրա կողմից կազմակերպված պատարագին, հրամայելով ոստիկանության անգործությունը Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեզեցու գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու, նրա սեփականությունը հանդիսացող տաճարի տարածքը ներխուժելու օրինազանց գործողությունների նկատմամբ, սեփական ներկայությամբ օժանդակելով այս բոլոր ապօրինություններին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կատարում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 441-րդ, այն է «Պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից իշխանական կամ ծառայողական լիազորությունները կամ դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունը չարաշահելը կամ լիազորություններն անցնելը» հոդվածով նախատեսված հանցանք:
Ստեղծելով և հրապարակելով ՀՀ քաղաքացիների մասնավոր կյանքին վերաբերող նյութերը, Փաշինյանը նաև խախտել է ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 31 հոդվածով նախատեսված «Մասնավոր և ընտանեկան կյանքի, պատվի ու բարի համբավի անձեռնմխելիության» սկզբունքը:
Մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ Փաշինյանն ասում էր «Կառավարությունը ես եմ»: Այսօր, կատարելով բոլոր վերոհիշյալ գործողությունները և ապօրինի հանձնարարություններ տալով իրավապահ մարմիններին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասում է. «Օրենքը ես եմ»:
Փաշինյանի գործողություններով Հայաստանում, ըստ էության, դադարեցվել է Սահմանադրության և օրենքների գործողությունը, փոխարենը հաստատվել է Փաշինյանի կամայականության ռեժիմ:
