ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայությունից հայտնում են «Արթիկ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում նախօրեին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի մասին, միաժամանակ տեղեկացնելով, որ իրավիճակը կայուն է և լիովին վերահսկելի։
 
«Վերջին շրջանում ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության «Արթիկ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում քրեական ենթամշակույթի, արգելված իրերի դեմ պայքարի, խցերից չթույլատրված առարկաների և սահմանված չափանիշներին չհամապատասխանող կահույքի դուրսբերման աշխատանքները և այլ իրավաչափ գործողություններն ազատազրկված անձանց մոտ առաջացնում էին դժգոհություններ, որոնք ուղեկցվում էին անօրինական պահանջներով։
 
Հոկտեմբերի 24-ին ծառայողների կողմից վերոնշյալ հերթական գործողությունների իրականացման ընթացքում ազատազրկված անձինք խաթարել են հիմնարկի բնականոն աշխատանքը, ցուցաբերել են անհնազանդություն, անհարգալից վերաբերմունք և բացահայտ ագրեսիվ վարքագիծ՝ ֆիզիկական ուժ գործադրելով ծառայողների նկատմամբ։
 
Քրեակատարողական ծառայողների կողմից տարված բացատրական և կանխարգելիչ աշխատանքների արդյունքում իրավիճակը կարգավորվել է։ Ներկայում «Արթիկ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում իրավիճակը կայուն է և գտնվում է ամբողջական վերահսկողության ներքո։
 
Միաժամանակ հարկ է նշել, որ նմանօրինակ անհնազանդության դրսևորումները հակաօրինական են և առաջացնում են օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված քրեական պատասխանատվության հիմքեր»,- ասված է ՔԿԾ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրությունում։
