Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ադրբեջանցիների կողմից վայրագ կերպով սպանված Կարեն Պետրոսյանի գործով դիմելու են ՄԻԵԴ։ Ըստ իս, սա ճիշտ, բայց կիսատ որոշում է, եթե սահմանափակվեն սրանով, քանի որ զուտ իրավական տեսնակյունից Եվրադատարանը կարող է ընդհմենը պարտավորեցնբել Ադրբեջանին խոշոր տուգանք մուծել, քաղաքական տեսանկյունից՝ չի տալու ոչ մի սենսացիոն բան, քանի որ Ադրբեջանն էսպես թե էնպես հակամարդկային ու դաժան բռնապետության իմիջ ունի նույն Եվրոպայում, դե իսկ մնացած առումներով էլ հասկանալի չէ, թե առհասարակ ինչ օգուտ կա։

Իմ կարծիքով, Կարեն Պետրոսյանի դաժան սպանության գործը պետք է մտցնել Հաագայի դատարան, քանի որ սա ռսազմական հանցագործություն ու Ժնևյան կոնվենցիայի կոպտագույն խախտում։ Հիշեցնեմ, որ Կարենի մարմինը վերադարձնելուց հետո, պարզ էր դարձել, որ նրա վերջույթները կտրված ու նորից կարված են եղել ու մարմնի վրա առկա են եղել կտտանքների ու դիակապտության մասին վկայող այլ հետքեր։

Անգամ եթե հավատանք պաշտոնական վարկածին և ընդունենք, որ Պետրոսյանն ինքն էր հայտնվել Ադրբեջանի տարածքում, միևնույն է, նրա մահի անմիջական պատասխանատուները հայտնի են ու առնվազն գեներալ Ռովշան Ակպերովի մասով, կարելի է հանգիստ մտնել դատարան, որովհետև գերու հետ կոպտագույն խախտումներ են թույլատրվել՝ անկախ նրանից, թե ռազմագերի էին նրան դիտարկում, թե քաղաքացիական անձ։ Ու Հաագայի դատարանի որոշումն արդեն բուտաֆորիա չի, վստահեցնում եմ Ձեզ, դրա որոշումով պռեզիդենտներ են ճաղերի հետևում հայտնվել, էլ չխոսամ այն մասին, թե Ակպերովի պես քանի գազան գեներալ ու դաշտային հրամանատարներ։
