ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը պնդում է, որ կատարել է Գազայի հատվածի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի առաջին փուլի պայմանները

Պաղեստինյան ՀԱՄԱՍ շարժումը համարում է, որ կատարել է Գազայում հրադադարի համաձայնագրի առաջին փուլի պայմանավորվածությունների շրջանակում ստանձնած բոլոր պարտավորությունները։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ կազմակերպության տելեգրամյան ալիքում ունեցած ելույթի ընթացքում այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի ներկայացուցիչ Հազեմ Քասեմը:
«ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը կատարել է առաջին փուլն ավարտելու համար բոլոր պայմանները, ազատ է արձակել պատանդներին և փոխանցել է մահացածներից մի քանիսի մարմինները։ Ներկայում աշխատում ենք մնացած դիերը վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ», - նշել է նա։
Քասեմը հավելել է, որ համաձայնագրի երկրորդ փուլի իրականացումը սկսելու համար անհրաժեշտ կլինի լրացուցիչ բանակցություններ անցկացնել միջնորդների հետ, քանի որ համաձայնագրի երկրորդ փուլն ուղղակիորեն առնչվում է խնդիրների, որոնք մանրամասն քննարկման կարիք ունեն:
Հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Իսրայելի և ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի պատվիրակությունները Եգիպտոսի, Կատարի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Թուրքիայի միջնորդությամբ վերսկսել էին Գազայի հատվածում իրավիճակի կարգավորման անուղղակի բանակցությունները: Հոկտեմբերի 9-ին հակամարտող կողմերը ստորագրել էին խաղաղության ծրագրի առաջին փուլի իրականացման համաձայնագիրը, որը ներկայացրել էր ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը: Գազայում հրադադար հաստատելու համաձայնագիրը ուժի մեջ էր մտել հոկտեմբերի 10-ին:
Հոկտեմբերի 13-ի առավոտյան ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը և նրա դաշնակիցներն ազատ էին արձակել իսրայելցի 20 պատանդների և Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կազմակերպության աշխատակիցների միջոցով իսրայելական կողմին էին փոխանցել չորս սպանվածների դիեր: Իսրայելի իշխանությունները դժգոհել էին, որ վերադարձվել է 28 աճյուններից միայն չորսը:
Վերջին 11 օրերի ընթացքում Իսրայելին փոխանցվել են ընդհանուր առմամբ 14 սպանվածների մարմիններ, որոնցից դատաբժշկական փորձագետներին հաջողվել է նույնականացնել միայն 13-ը:
