Գլխավոր դատախազությունը 2025 թվականի մարտի 11-ին հայցադիմումներ էր ներկայացրել Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան՝ ընդդեմ ֆիզիկական երկու անձի, երրորդ անձ՝ Տավուշի մարզի Իջևան համայնքի՝ ք․ Իջևան, Վալանսի փողոցի 1/29 հասցեում գտնվող՝ 0․06 հա մակերեսով հողամասի և ք. Իջևան, Անկախության փողոց 1/62 հասցեում գտնվող՝ 0.001 հա մակերեսով հողամասի նկատմամբ կառուցապատման իրավունքը դադարեցնելու պահանջով։

Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի՝ 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 29-ի վճիռներով՝ Գլխավոր դատախազության հայցերը բավարարվել են. դադարեցվել է վերոնշյալ հողամասերի նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական անձանց կառուցապատման իրավունքը, վճիռները ստացել են օրինական ուժ:

Գլխավոր դատախազության դիմումների հիման վրա՝ Կադաստրի կոմիտեն 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 14-ին և հոկտեմբերի 22-ին դադարեցրել է նշված հողամասերի նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական անձանց կառուցապատման իրավունքը: Իջևանի քաղաքային զբոսայգու տարածքում գտնվող նշված երկու հողամասերը վերադարձվել են համայնքին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Գլխավոր դատախազության Պետական շահերի պաշտպանության վարչությունը 16 հայցադիմում էր ներկայացրել Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան՝ Տավուշի մարզի Իջևան համայնքի քաղաքային զբոսայգու տարածքում գտնվող հողամասերի նկատմամբ կառուցապատման իրավունքները հարկադիր դադարեցնելու և հողատարածքները Իջևան համայնքին վերադարձնելու հայցապահանջներով:

Այսպիսով, վերոնշյալ 16 հայցադիմումներից 8-ի բավարարման և օրինական ուժի մեջ մտնելու արդյունքում, ներկայում Իջևան համայնքին են վերադարձվել՝ 

Վալանսի փողոցի 1/29 հասցեում գտնվող՝ 0․06 հա մակերեսով հողամասը,
Անկախության փողոց 1/62 հասցեում գտնվող՝ 0.001 հա մակերեսով հողամասը,
Անկախության 1/54 հասցեում գտնվող՝ 436.8 քմ մակերեսով հողամասը,
Անկախության 1/41 հասցեում գտնվող՝ 1500 քմ մակերեսով հողամասը,
Անկախության փողոցի 18/6 հասցեում գտնվող՝ 0․03 հա մակերեսով հողամասը,
Վալանսի փողոցի 1/27 հասցեում գտնվող՝ 0.03 հա մակերեսով հողամասը:
Վալանսի փողոց թիվ 1/29 հասցեում գտնվող՝ 0․0605 հա մակերեսով հողամասը,
Անկախության փողոց 1/62 հասցեում գտնվող՝ 0.00198 հա մակերեսով հողամասը:

Բացի այդ, դատախազական ներգործության արդյունքում՝ Իջևան համայնքի տիրապետմանն ու օգտագործմանն է վերադարձվել քաղաքային զբոսայգու շատրվաններին հարակից 0.03 հա մակերեսով հողամասը:
