Քրեական ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության և Համայնքային ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի ծառայողները համատեղ ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում հոկտեմբերի 15-ին Սևան քաղաքի Սևանեցու փողոցի շենքերից մեկի բակում հայտնաբերել, թմրանյութ պահելու, օգտագործելու և իրացնելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալել և իր վարած «Կիա» մակնիշի մեքենայով հանդերձ՝ բաժին են տարել Մարտունի քաղաքի բնակիչ 31-ամյա մի երիտասարդի: Նրա անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել են հոգեմետ դեղահաբեր և սուր հոտով չորացրած, մանրացրած զանգվածով 7 փաթեթ՝ ընդհանուր 6,41 գրամ քաշով:
Պարզվել է, որ երիտասարդի՝ հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք տեղափոխված մեքենայում կան հոգեմետ դեղահաբեր:
Նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: «Կիա» մակնիշի մեքենայի խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է 132 հոգեմետ դեղահաբ:
Մարտունեցի երիտասարդը ներկայացվել է նախաքննական մարմին, ապա ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր:
