Վարկանիշավորման նպատակն ուսումնական հաստատությունների թույլ կողմերը հայտնաբերելն է. Արմեն Աշոտյան

ՀՀ հանրակրթական և բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների վարկանիշավորման նպատակը դրանց թույլ կողմերը հայտնաբերելը և շտկելն է: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում փետրվարի 10-ին նշեց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

«Վարկանիշավորման հետ կապված որոշակի քննադատական, շատ եզակի կարծիքներ եմ տեսել սոցցանցերում: Այդ կարծիքներում պակասել է մասնագիտական գիտելիքը, որովհետև մարդիկ խորամուխ չեն եղել մեթոդաբանության մեջ: Վարկանիշավորման բուն մեթոդաբանության վերանայման կարիք, իհարկե,  միշտ էլ կա, բայց այն մեծ մասամբ ընդունվել է որպես բավականաչափ հավաստի»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` նշեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

Նախարարի խոսքով` վարկանիշավորման կայքը բաց է, և յուրաքանչյուրը կարող է, օրինակ, համեմատել կրթական հաստատությունները, հասկանալ` որտեղ են դրանց ուժեղ և թույլ կողմերը:

«Բոլոր դեպքերում այդ գործիքի նպատակներից մեկն է հայտնաբերել թույլ կողմերը և աշխատել դրանք բարելավելու ուղղությամբ: Այդ աշխատանքը կատարում ենք ինչպես մենք՝ նախարարությունը, այնպես էլ տարածքային կառավարման մարմինները և դպրոցը»,-շեշտեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:  

ՀՀ բարձրագույն և հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների վարկանիշավորումն իրականացվում է 2013 թվականից: Մշակվել և սահմանվել են ցուցանիշները, դրանց հաշվարկի մեթոդաբանություններն ու յուրաքանչյուր ցուցանիշի հստակ ազդեցության չափը ընդհանուր վարկանիշի արժեքի վրա։ Բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների վարկանիշավորման համար ուսումնական հաստատությունները խմբավորվել են ըստ բուհերում առկա կրթական ծրագրերի և մասնագիտական ոլորտների, ինչպես նաև առանձնացվել են արվեստի բուհերը։ Իրականացվել են բազմաթիվ սոցիոլոգիական հարցումներ բուհերի դասախոսների, շրջանավարտների և գործատուների շրջանում։ Հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստուտությունների վարկանիշավորման արդյունքերը ներկայացվում են պետական և ոչ պետական, մարզային, ինչպես նաև հանրապետական դպրոցների կտրվածքով:
