Հայ քաղաքագետը Թուրքիան որակում է որպես ՆԱՏՕ-ի համար խնդիրներ առաջացնող երկիր

Քաղաքագետ Արա Պապյանը ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերություններում սրացում է կանխատեսում: Նա հակված է կարծելու, որ հակամարտությունը էսկալացիայի գնալու ավելի մեծ հավանակություն ունի, քան հակառակը: Արա Պապյանի դիտարկմամբ` այդ լարվածությունն առավել հավանական է, որ կարտահայտվի Սիրիայի օդային տարածքում` օդուժի բախ ումով: «Չեմ կարծում, որ կողմները համաձայնության կգան հատկապես Սիրիայի ու Ասադի հարցով, քանի որ երկու կողմերն էլ շահագրգռված են պատերազմով»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց «Մոդուս Վիվենդի» կենտրոնի ղեկավար Արա Պապյանը: Նա չի բացառում, որ ռուսների կողմից կօգտագործվի Հայաստանում գտնվող ռուսական ռազմաբազան: «Մեզ համար ցանկալի չէ նման զարգացումը, քանի որ ստիպված ենք լինելու ներքաշվել այս հակամարտության մեջ»,-նշեց Արա Պապյանը` հավելելով, որ այս պայմաններում միակ ելքը կմնա Իրան-Նախիջևան-Հայաստան-Վրաստան երկաթգծի շահագործման շուրջ աշխատանքների մասին բարձրաձայնումը:
Անդրադառնալով հարցին, որ Ռուսաստանին հակամարտության հնարավոր սրումից կարող է հետ պահել փաստը, որ Թուրքիան ՆԱՏՕ անդամ է` Արա Պապյանը նկատեց, որ պատերազմ Թուրքիայի դեմ, չի նշանակում պատերազմ Թուրքիայի տարածքում: Իսկ ՆԱՏՕ-ի համաձայնագրով` ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամներից մեկի վրա հարձակումն է ենթադրում հարձակում ՆԱՏՕ-ի վրա: «Բացի այդ` եթե Թուրքիայի գործողությունները ՆԱՏՕ-ն դիտարկի որպես հրահրում, հնարավոր է Թուրքիայի կողքին չկանգնի»,-ավելացրեց բանախոսը` հավելելով, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն առանձնապես ձգտում չունի աջակցելու Թուրքիային, քանի որ այն ՆԱՏՕ-ի համար խն դիրներ առաջացնող երկիր է դարձել:
Արդյոք Ադրբեջանին ձեռնտու է ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների սրումը, Արա Պապյանը փաստեց, որ Ադրբեջանը ստիպված է լինելու ընտրություն կատարել իր եղբայրական Թուրքիայի ու Ռուսաստանի միջև, ինչն էլ նշանակում է, որ ձեռտու չէ:
