168TV-ի «Կապիտալի ՈՒԺԸ» հաղորդաշարի հյուրն է Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի գլխավոր տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ Վարդան Ջհանյանը։

Հարցազրույցի ընթացքում Վարդան Ջհանյանի հնչեցրած կարևոր թեզերը՝ ստորև.

  • Մոտ 17 տարի ապրել եմ Ռուսաստանում, ընթացքում Հայաստան եմ եկել-գնացել, ծառայել եմ հայոց բանակում։ Մոսկվայում գտնվելու ընթացքում Հայաստան տեղափոխվելու առաջարկ ստացա և այն ընդունեցի սիրով, որովհետև միշտ Հայաստանում ապրելու մեծ ցանկություն եմ ունեցել։ ԶՊՄԿ-ում աշխատելու առաջարկ ստացա, ընդունեցի այն և կնոջս ու երեխաներիս հետ տեղափոխվեցինք Ագարակ քաղաք. արդեն 8 տարի է՝ ապրում և աշխատում եմ Հայաստանում։

  • Փոքր տարիքից միշտ ցանկություն եմ ունեցել զբաղվելու մի բանով, որը կօգնի իմ երկրին։ Հիմա, երբ հետ եմ նայում, հասկանում եմ, որ  ոչ միայն իմ կարիերան եմ կարողանում անել, այլ նաև օգնել իմ երկրին։-
  • Աշատելուն զուգահեռ՝ ես միշտ սովորել եմ։ Միջազգային կազմակերպություններում աշխատելիս սկսել եմ ամենացածր պաշտոններից և միշտ աճ եմ արձանագրել։ Ինչ-որ փուլից իմ մոտիվացիայի աղբյուրը կինս դարձավ. նա ասաց՝ եթե ընտրել ես աշխատանքի հետ զուգահեռ՝ նաև կրթությունը,  պետք է ընտրես միջազգային լավագույն ծրագրերը։ Այդպես էլ արեցի՝ ընտրեցի, գնացի, սովորեցի։
  • Ես կրթության արժեքը հասկացա, թերևս, բանակից վերադառնալուց հետո. դպրոցում երբեք գերազանցիկ չեմ եղել։ Բանակից հետո հասկացա, թե որքան բան եմ բաց թողել։ Ես դպրոցականներին խորհուրդ կտամ լուրջ վերաբերվել կրթությանը, որ դա հետո չանեն ընտանիքի և աշխատանքի հաշվին։

  • Բարձր պաշտոններում աշխատելու համար անհրաժեշտ է մարդկային հարաբերություններ կառուցելու ունակություն. թերևս, ամենաբարդ հարցն է դա, ես կասեի՝ ամենակարևորը։ Այդ ամենը շատ դժվար է սովորել դասընթացների ընթացքում… դա ավելի շատ գալիս է մարդու մարդկային որակներից։
  • Բախտին, այո՛, հավատում եմ, թեև ես նախընտրում եմ անվանել ոչ թե բախտ, այլ՝ Աստծո կամք, ինչպես նաև, ճիշտ ժամանակին ճիշտ տեղում հայտնվելուն եմ հավատում։
  • Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը Հայաստանի 1000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողների ցանկում առաջին տեղում է արդեն մի քանի տարի շարունակ։ Առհասարակ, այս ոլորտում  մենք առաջիկա երեք տարում կարող ենք ունենալ մինչև 3 միլիարդ դոլարի արտահանում։

– Հայաստանը երբեք Սինգապուր չի դառնա, որովհետև Սինգապուրն այդպիսին է, առաջին հերթին՝ իր աշխարհագրական դիրքի շնորհիվ, որին հետո ավելացել է բարձր տեխնոլոգիական զարգացումը: Հետևապես՝ Հայաստանում որքան էլ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտը զարգանա, միևնույն է՝ փաստ է, որ, օրինակ, ԶՊՄԿ-ն վճարում է ավելի շատ հարկ, քան այդ բոլոր ՏՏ կազմակերպությունները՝ միասին վերցրած։
