Shamshyan.com-ը հոկտեմբերի 17-ին ֆոտոռեպորտաժ, տեսանյութ էր հրապարակել Երևանի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանում՝ Ֆանարջյան փողոցում՝ Կոստան Զարյանի և սեփական տների հարևանությամբ տիրող հակասանիտարական և գարշահոտ վիճակի մասին:
Հրապարակման հաջորդ օրը թե՛ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը, թե՛ «Վեոլիա ջուր»-ը խոստացել էին, որ խնդիրը իրենք կկարգավորեն, քանի որ այդ մասին իրենք դեռ վաղուց գիտեին:
Հրապարակման հաջորդ օրը «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերությունը, ճիշտ է, 2 անգամ ժամանում է նշված վայր և փորձում հարցը լուծել, սակայն այսօր արդեն հոկտեմբերի 19-ին խնդիրը ոչ միայն չի կարգավորվել, այլ էլ ավելի է վատացել:

Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 19-ին, ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանի հետ զրույցում բնակիչները արդեն զայրացած ամենավերջին խոսքերն էին ուղղում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերության հասցեին:
Բնակիչներից մեկը ներկայացնում էր իր կողմից պատկան մարմիններին ուղղված բազմաթիվ նամակներ, որոնք սակայն դրական արդյունք չեն տվել:
«Արդեն մեր համբերության բաժակը լցվել է: Մնում է՝ ոչ միայն դատի տանք «Վեոլիա ջրին», այլև դիմենք կտրուկ միջոցների: Ում դիմում ենք՝ ոչ մի դրական արդյունք: Ամբողջ փողոցը քանի տարի է՝ ահավոր վիճակ է:
«Վեոլիա ջուրը» ստից գալիս, ինչ-որ պրովուդկով իբր գործ է անում, սակայն խնդիրը չի կարգավորվում: Մեզ համար «Վեոլիա ջուր» այլևս գոյություն չունի: Այդ անունը լսելիս ասում ենք՝ դրանք ոչ թե մարդկանց օգնելու համար են, այլ իսկական հրեշներ են»:
