Երևանի Մոսկվայի տանը տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ռուս հայրենակիցների 17-րդ երկրների խորհրդաժողովը՝ «Հաղթանակի ժառանգությունը և սերունդների շարունակականությունը» թեմայով: Միջոցառումը կազմակերպել էր ՀՀ ռուս հայրենակիցների հասարակական կազմակերպությունների համակարգող խորհուրդը ՝ ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպանատան, Երևանում Մոսկվայի տան և Երևանում Ռուսական տան աջակցությամբ:

Հյուրընկալ կողմի իրավունքով ներկաներին ողջունեց Երևանում Մոսկվայի տան տնօրեն Հայկ Մելիքյանը, ով ընդգծեց, որ կենտրոնը մշտապես պատրաստ է սերտ համագործակցության՝ ռուս և հայ ժողովուրդների դարավոր կապերի առավել ամրապնդմանն ուղղված նախագծերի իրականացման համար: Անդրադառնալով գիտաժողովի թեմային՝ նա նշեց. «Հայրենիքի պաշտպանի տարին և Հաղթանակի 80-ամյակը հատկապես կարևոր է մեզ համար  Մենք արդեն հասցրել ենք կազմակերպել և մտադիր ենք շարունակել սոցիալական, կրթամշակութային միջոցառումների անցկացումը։ Կենտրոնը նաև հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձնում հուշարձանների պահպանմանը և պատմական ժառանգության փոխանցմանը երիտասարդ սերնդին»:

Իր ողջույնի խոսքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը կարևորեց գիտաժողովի թեման՝ կարևորելով հայրենակիցների աշխատանքը Հաղթանակի 80-ամյակի տոնակատարության շրջանակներում, նրանց ներդրումը պատերազմի վետերաններին աջակցելու և խորհրդային զինվորների հիշատակը վառ պահելու գործում երիտասարդների ներգրավվածությունը․ «Գոհունակությամբ նշեմ, որ Երևանում Մոսկվայի տունը հետևում է Մեծ Հայրենականի զինվորների հուղարկավորության հուշարձանի պահպանմանը, և այդ աշխատանքն իրականացվում է մշտական հիմունքներով», – մասնավորապես ասել է դեսպանը: Նա նաև հավաստիացրել է, որ հետագա աջակցություն կցուցաբերի ռուս հայրենակիցների գործունեությանը, որոնք ուղղված են բոլոր ոլորտներում ռուս-հայկական կապերի ամրապնդմանը:

Պաշտոնական մասի ընթացքում տեղի է ունեցել ռուս հայրենակիցների կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների պարգևատրման արարողությունը: Ակտիվ համագործակցության, ՀՀ ԱԱՀԾ նախագծերի իրականացման գործում ցուցաբերած աջակցության և աջակցության համար շնորհակալագրի արժանացավ Երևանի Մոսկվայի տան տնօրեն Հայկ Մելիքյանը: Համաժողովի աշխատանքների շրջանակներում ռուսական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները հանդես են եկել իրենց գործունեության մասին զեկույցներով: Համաժողովի արդյունքում ընդունվել է բանաձև, որտեղ մասնակիցները, մասնավորապես, կարևորել են Հայաստանում ռուսաց լեզվի և մշակույթի աջակցությունը:
