«Ըստ անանուն աղբյուրից ստացված տեղեկությյունների՝ Ալիևի դեմ հեղաշրջման փորձը ծրագրվել էր դեռևս 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի իրադարձություններից շատ առաջ»,- գրում է «Вести Баку»-ն։
«Որպես գործողության կենտրոնական դեմք նշվել է Ռամիզ Մեհդիևը, որը տասնամյակներ շարունակ վերահսկել էր երկրի վարչական մեքենան։
Սցենարի առանցքային դրվագը պետք է լիներ ավիավթարը, որը դառնալու էր «գործողության ազդանշան»։
2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին ծրագրվել էր «դժբախտ պատահար», որը կապված էր նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին տեղափոխող նախագահական ինքնաթիռի հետ, ինչն արտաքնապես նման էր ուկրաինական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի հարձակման։
Երկիրը ցնցվելու էր, տիրելու էր խուճապ և վախ՝ արտաքին սպառնալիքի հանդեպ, և քաոսի մեջ մտցվելու էր «արտակարգ դրություն»։
Ըստ նրա՝ ծրագիրը համակարգվել է Մոսկվայի ռազմական շրջանակների միջոցով։ Հիմնական կապող օղակներից մեկը գեներալ Նաջմեդդին Սադիգովն էր, որը երկար ժամանակ համարվում էր Բաքվում «Մոսկվայի մարդը»։ Նրան հանձնարարվել էր ապահովել, որ ռուսական զինվորականներն իրականացնեն դիվերսիան՝ տրամադրելով տեխնիկական աջակցություն, անջատելով GPS-ը, փոխանցելով կեղծ ազդանշաններ և ժամանակավորապես խափանելով Ալիևի ինքնաթիռի նավիգացիոն համակարգերը։
Մինչդեռ Մեհտիևի ցանցերի կողմից վերահսկվող լրատվամիջոցները պատրաստվում էին տեղեկատվական գրոհի. նրանք նախապես նյութեր էին պատրաստել «խորհրդավոր հարձակման», «ժամանակավոր» անվտանգության խորհուրդ» և «վերահսկողության փոխանցում»։ Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ նույնիսկ կազմվել էին «նոր նախարարների» ցուցակներ։
Սակայն գործողությունը ձախողվել է։ Հանցագործները սխալ են թույլ տվել. նախագահական ինքնաթիռի փոխարեն խփվել է AZAL քաղաքացիական ինքնաթիռ, որը 30 րոպե առաջ թռչում էր նույն երթուղով։
Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ Դուշանբեում անցկացված հանդիպման ժամանակ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Իլհամ Ալիևին տեղեկացրել է, որ Ռուսաստանը «կանխել է մահափորձը» և փոխանցել է օպերատիվ տեղեկատվություն, ներառյալ՝ Ադրբեջանի ներսում գործող գործակալի անունը, գրում է ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցը։
