Իշխանությունը պահելը՝ ավելի շատ գոյաբանական խնդիր, քան քաղաքական. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Իշխանության վարկանիշը բավականին ցածր է, և դա, իհարկե, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին շատ է մտահոգում: Իշխանությունը խնդիր ունի վերարտադրվելու, ընդ որում՝ շատ դեպքերում նրանց համար իշխանությունը պահպանելը, հենց իրենց պատկերացմամբ, ավելի շատ գոյաբանական խնդիր է, քան քաղաքական։ Նման կարծիք է հայտնում քաղտեխնոլոգ Վիգեն Հակոբյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր ՔՊ-ն դեռևս 2024 թվականի սկզբից են մտել նախընտրական տրամադրությունների մեջ:
Իսկ ի՞նչ է անում: Ըստ Հակոբյանի, ընդդիմությունը տարբեր տրամադրությունների մեջ է։ «Ի տարբերություն «Հայաստան» դաշինքի, նոր ձևավորվող ուժերի, ինչպիսիք են Սամվել Կարապետյանի «Մեր ձևով» շարժումը, Արման Թաթոյանի «Միասնության թևեր» նախաձեռնությունը, որոնք հավակնություն ունեն դառնալու քաղաքական ուժ և հայտարարել են, որ մասնակցելու են առաջիկա ընտրություններին, ՀՀԿ-ն, օրինակ, առայժմ ասում է, որ դեռևս այս հարցում որոշում չունի, և իրենց հիմնական օրակարգն իմպիչմենտի գործընթացի իրականացումն է։ Մասնակցության մասին հայտարարել է նաև Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, նա նույնպես հանդես է գալիս նախաձեռնությամբ։ Որոշ ուժեր և գործիչներ ևս արդեն հայտարարել են ընտրություններին մասնակցելու իրենց որոշման մասին և մտել են ակտիվ ֆազայի մեջ։ «Հայաստան» դաշինքը հիմնականում քարոզչական դաշտում է աշխատում, կարծում եմ՝ նաև կառուցվածքային առումով ինչ-որ աշխատանքներ են անում կառույցների հետ կապված։ «Մեր ձևով» շարժումն է բավականին ակտիվ գործընթացների մեջ նաև մարզերում։ Ծրագրային ելույթներով են հանդես գալիս՝ հիմնականում սոցիալական, հանրային, տնտեսական թեմաներով, որոնցում իրենք ընկալելի են։ Ի դեմս Սամվել Կարապետյանի՝ մեր հանրությունը տեսնում է գործչի, որը հաջողակ է, կարողանում է հարցեր լուծել, մեծ ռեսուրսներ ունի, նույնիսկ երբեմն համադրելի պետության ռեսուրսների հետ, մասնավորապես՝ ֆինանսական։ Իրենք բավականին ակտիվ են և ձևավորում են իրենց սոցիալական հենարանը և բազան ապագա քաղաքական ուժի համար։ Դեռևս քաղաքական ուժի ձևավորման փուլում է նաև Թաթոյանի նախաձեռնությունը։ Կարծում եմ՝ ձևավորված ուժերը, որոնք որոշել են մասնակցել ընտրություններին, զբաղված են նախընտրական պայքարի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներով»,-նշում է մեր զրուցակիցը ու նաև հավելում, որ դեռևս չի բացառվում արտահերթ ընտրությունների հնարավորությունը, եթե իշխանությունը զգա, որ այդպես իրեն ավելի ձեռնտու է ու որ այդպես կարող է անակնկալի բերել ընդդիմադիրներին։
