Քայլող մարդասպանը՝ Կոտայքում․ ամուսինների սպանությունից հետո փախչելիս սպանել է ևս երկու հոգու՝ փորձելով առևանգել մեքենան

Մեկ օրում չորս մարդու կյանք խլած տղամարդը կալանավորվել է։ Այս մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ին հայտնեցին ՔԿ-ից։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Կոտայքի մարզում դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել նախօրեին՝ հոկտեմբերի 12-ին։ Տղամարդը նախ սպանել էր Արամուսի դաշտերում գազար հավաքող ամուսիններին, որոնք եղել են իր հարևանները, նրանց հետ դեպքի օրը՝ առավոտյան վիճաբանել է, իսկ վեճից հետո գնացել նրանց հետևից և սպանել դաշտում։ Պարզվել է՝ ամուսինների սպանությունից հետո դեպքի վայրից փախուստի դիմելուց հետո տղամարդը սպանել է ևս երկու հոգու՝ արդեն Զովաշենում։
«Փաստինֆո»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Զովաշենի սպանության զոհերը 60-ամյա տղամարդու թիրախում հայտնվել են պատահաբար, երբ պարզապես փորձում էին հանգստանալ՝ բնության գրկում։ Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ սպանված կինը արտերկրում է բնակվում, սպանված տղամարդու հետ ընկերներ են եղել և ՀՀ վերադառնալուց հետո միասին գնացել են բնության գրկում հանգստանալու։ Այդ ժամանակ էլ նրանց է հանդիպել 60-ամյա հրացանով զինված տղամարդը, որի ուշադրությունը գրավել էր նրանց ավտոմեքենան։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ Արամուսում սպանությունից հետո տղամարդը, որը փախուստի էր դիմել և, ըստ ամենայնի, պատրաստվում էր հեռանալ մարզից, Զովաշենում տեսել է իր հաջորդ զոհերին՝ Վահեին և նրա ընկերուհուն, որոնք եղել են ավտոմեքենայով, նախ՝ ցանկացել է խլել ավտոմեքենան, մերժում ստանալուց հետո էլ՝ սպանել։
Ըստ ՔԿ տարածած հաղորդագրության՝ 60-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է, տվել խոստովանական ցուցմունք, իսկ նրան պատկանող ողորկափող հրացանը հայտնաբերվել է վերջինիս կողմից հափշտակված ավտոմեքենայում: Նրա նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (սպանությունը) (2 դրվագ), 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 10-րդ, 13-րդ կետերով (շահադիտական դրդումներով այլ հանցանքը թաքցնելու կամ դրա կատարումը հեշտացնելու նպատակով կատարված սպանությունը) (2 դրվագ), 252-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ և 7-րդ կետով (զենքի կամ մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու համար նախապես պատրաստված կամ հարմարեցված առարկայի կամ միջոցի գործադրմամբ, խոշոր չափերով կատարված ավազակությունը):
