«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Դեռևս մեկ-մեկուկես տարի առաջ իր հարցազրույցներից մեկում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը կարծիք էր հայտնել, որ առաջիկայում Ադրբեջանը կարող է պահանջել իրենց հանձնել Արցախյան պատերազմի հիմնական դերակատարներին: Ավելին, գեներալը նաև նշել էր, թե չի բացառում, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները նաև այդ պահանջին համաձայնեն:

Եվ ահա, հոկտեմբերի 13-ին Բաքվի շինծու «դատական» նիստին հրապարակվել են ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գաղտնի փաստաթղթեր՝ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ նախկին պետերի գաղտնի հրամաններ, որոնցով մարտական խնդիրներ են դրվել Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի առջև: Ի մասնավորի, հրապարակվել են ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ նախկին պետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովի 04.05.2016 թ. N 0119 գաղտնի հրամանը, ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ նախկին պետ Մովսես Հակոբյանի 24.12.2016 թ. N 016 գաղտնի հրամանը, ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ նախկին պետ Արտակ Դավթյանի 24.09.2019 թ. N 0261 գաղտնի հրամանը, ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Կամո Վարդանյանի 25.09.2020 թ. N 0671 գաղտնի հրամանը: Կան տեղեկություններ, որ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է քրեական գործեր հարուցել նշյալ, ինչպես նաև այլ անձանց դեմ ու հայտարարել միջազգային հետախուզում:

Թե ինչպես կարձագանքի Հայաստանի իշխանությունը իրադարձությունների նման զարգացման դեպքում, դժվար է ասել: Ինչ վերաբերում է նրան, թե ինչպես են գաղտնի փաստաթղթերը հայտնվել թշնամու ձեռքում, Արշակ Կարապետյանը կարծում է, որ «գաղտնի փաստաթղթերը թշնամուն կարող էր թողնել միայն դավաճանը»:

Ի դեպ, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, իրավապահներն արդեն որոշակի գործողություններ են սկսել այս փաստի կապակցությամբ, թեկուզ լրատվամիջոցների հրապարակումներից հետո: Հուսանք՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ, բացի ընդդիմադիրների նկատմամբ «գործեր կարելուց», իրավապահները հետագայում իրենք էլ կհետևեն նման կարգի երևույթներին, մասնավորաբար Բաքվի շինծու «դատավարությանը»:
