«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հոկտեմբերի 7-ին մամուլի ասուլիսով հանդես եկավ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։ Ասուլիսի հիմնական թեմաներն էին, այսպես կոչված, «Թրամփի ուղին»՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը», և ներքաղաքական իրավիճակը՝ առաջիկա ընտրական գործընթացների համատեքստում։
Թեև ասուլիսին հրավիրվել էին ավելի քիչ թվով լրատվամիջոցներ, քան նախորդ՝ փետրվարի 17-ի մամուլի ասուլիսում (նախագահ Քոչարյանը դա մեկնաբանեց նրանով, որ հնարավոր լինի բոլոր հարցերը հնչեցնել), այդուհանդերձ, ավելի քան 3 ժամ տևած մամուլի ասուլիսը լուսաբանվեց լայնորեն՝ ուղիղ հեռարձակմամբ, ինչպես նաև հատվածաբար։ Նշենք նաև, որ մասնակցող լրատվամիջոցների շարքում կային քաղաքական տարբեր ուղղություններ ներկայացնողներ՝ արմատական ընդդիմադիրից մինչև իշխանական։
«Փաստը», ինչպես նախորդ դեպքերում, մշտադիտարկել է ասուլիսի ամբողջական և ոչ ամբողջական մասերի դիտումները։ Ուսումնասիրել ենք, սակայն, ինչպես նախորդ դեպքում, նույն քանակի լրատվամիջոցներ, լրատվադաշտի ընդամենը մի փոքր մասը։
Եվ այսպես, մեր ուսումնասիրած հարթակներում դիտումների թիվը հասնում է մոտ 8,5 միլիոնի։ Միայն ուղիղ հեռարձակմամբ դիտումների թիվը հասնում է կես միլիոնի։ Երկրորդ նախագահի պաշտոնական սոցհարթակներում, օրինակ՝ տեղադրված տեսանյութերի ընդհանուր դիտումները երեկվա դրությամբ կազմում էին շուրջ 1 մլն 600 հազար, «5-րդ ալիք» հեռուստատեսության սոցէջերում՝ ավելի քան 2,6 մլն, News.am լրատվամիջոցի պաշտոնական հարթակներում՝ 393667, Factor.tv-ում՝ 594623, Hayeli.am-ում՝ 526546 և այլն։
Նախագահ Քոչարյանի՝ այս տարվա փետրվարի 17-ից ի վեր հրապարակային ակտիվությունը ուսումնասիրելով՝ «Փաստը» արձանագրում է, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հրապարակային խոսքի հանդեպ հետաքրքրությունը չի նվազում, նույնիսկ ընդհակառակը, ինչը փաստում են դիտումները։ Ապրիլին, օրինակ՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը հանդիպել էր «Հայկական համալսարանի» ուսանողների, դասախոսների հետ, պատասխանել նրանց հարցերին։ Համաձայն մեր ուսումնասիրության, այդ հանդիպման դիտումները գերազանցում էին 2,5 միլիոնը։ Այս անգամ՝ արդեն 8,5 մլն, ինչն ինքնին բավականին ուշագրավ է:
