Սեյրան Օհանյանը բանակում արգելել է օգտագործել երկու արտահայտություն

«Մենք մեր ժողովրդից թաքցնելու ոչինչ չունենք: Այն սկզբունքը հաշվի առնելով, որ մեր ժողովրդի մեջ այսօր իրենց գործունեությունն են շարունակում պատերազմով անցած շատ մարդիկ ու բարոյական չի լինի անտեսել նրանց»,- այսօր ԵՊՀ-ում հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ իր 2016թ. ուղերձը «Առաջարկիր՝ քննարկենք, միասնաբար որոշենք» սկզբունքն է կրում. «Երկար տարիների ընթացքում ղեկավարած անձնավորությունների մոտ որոշակի չափով ինչ-որ էլեմենտներ բթանում են, թվում է, թե միայն դու ես ճիշտ, միայն քո հրամանները պետք է կատարվեն: Չնայած բանակում որոշումների կայացման մեջ միանձնյա ղեկավարության սկզբունքներից մեկն է նաև առաջարկությունների ընթացքում ձևավորված որոշումները, բայց այնուամենայնիվ 2016թ. սկսած ես ինձ համար զգաստացնելու մեխանիզմ են ձևավորել, որպեսզի ավելի լուրջ ուշադրություն դարձնեմ իմ ենթականերին, ազատ արարելու, ստեղծագործելու հնարավորություններ տամ, որպեսզի նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը համարձակորեն մինչև պաշտպանության նախարար իր տեսակետներն ու առաջարկությունները տա՝ միասնաբար ճիշտ որոշումներ կայացնելու ու հաջողություններ ապահովելու համար»:
Նախարարը նշեց, որ բազմաթիվ սպառնալիքներ ունենք, անվտանգության միջավայրն այսօր բավականին փխրուն է, փոփոխական և արագ կարող է փոխվել այս կամ այն կողմ. «Բայց ՀՀ Զինված ուժերը, բանակը կարողանում է իր պատրաստվածությամբ, զինծառայողների մարտական ոգու, բարոյահոգեբանական բարձր համակարգի շնորհիվ պահպանել հարաբերական խաղաղությունը: Բանակը կարողանում է այս զինված դիմակայության պարագայում ստեղծել այնպիսի զսպիչ մեխանիզմներ, որն ստիպում է հակառակորդին զերծ մնալ խոշորամասշտաբ գործողություներից, և մարտական գործողությունների վերածվելու հավանականությունը հավասարեցնել մինիմումի»:
Սեյրան Օհանյանն ընդգծեց, որ բանակում արգելել է օգտագործել երկու արտահայտություն. «Առաջինը ասել՝ «բանակը հասարակության հայելին է», քանի որ կարծում եմ, որ դրանով, կարծես, արդարացնում ենք այն դեպքերը, որոնք մերթընդմերթ լինում են բանակում, իսկ երկրորդն արգելել եմ ասել, թե «բոլոր բանակներում էլ այդպիսի դեպքեր լինում են», որովհետև մենք ազգային բանակի վերջնական ձևավորման կամ կատարելության հասնելու վերջնագծում ենք գտնվում»:
