Ի՞նչ են պատմել BBC-ի լրագրողները «Թրամփի ճանապարհի» մասին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
holod.media–ն «Լրատվամիջոցները պատմել են ՌԴ ԱԴԾ մարտիկների և Հայաստանում «Թրամփի ճանապարհի» լիակատար ավերված լինելու մասին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ BBC-ի լրագրողները լուսաբանել են, այսպես կոչված, «Թրամփի ճանապարհի» վիճակի մասին, որը Հայաստանի տարածքով միացնելու է Ադրբեջանը նրա էքսկլավ Նախիջևանի հետ։ Նրանց խոսքով, երթուղին լիակատար ավերված վիճակում է, իսկ հայ-իրանական սահմանի երկայնքով գտնվող հատվածը դեռևս պարեկվում է Ռուսաստանի ԱԴԾ սահմանապահ ծառայության մարտիկների կողմից։ Երթուղու այն հատվածը, որը ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի նախաձեռնությամբ դարձել է Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղության խորհրդանիշ, բաղկացած է ժանգոտ երկաթուղու մի փոքր հատվածից, որի շուրջը ցրված են խորհրդային խարխուլ հուշարձաններ։
Ադրբեջանի և Նախիջևանի միջև ցամաքային հաղորդակցության հարցը հատկապես սրվեց այն բանից հետո, երբ Բաքուն 2023 թվականին ռազմական գործողության արդյունքում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն հաստատեց։ Այդ տարածաշրջանը պատմականորեն բնակեցված էր հայերով, և Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումից հետո Բաքուն, 1990-ականներին պատերազմում պարտվելով Հայաստանին, կորցրեց դրա նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունը, այնտեղ ապրող ադրբեջանցիները լքեցին իրենց տները։ Հետագայում, իր հերթին, ամբողջ հայ բնակչությունը լքեց տարածաշրջանը ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների վերադարձից հետո։ Որոշ ժամանակ անց Բաքուն պահանջեց, որ Երևանը իր վերահսկողությանը հանձնի հայ-իրանական սահմանի երկայնքով անցնող Նախիջևան տանող ճանապարհը, որը հայտնի է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» անվամբ։ Դա հանգեցրեց հայկական և ադրբեջանական ուժերի միջև նոր ռազմական բախումների, որոնք սպառնում էին վերածվել նոր, լայնածավալ հակամարտության։
Թրամփը միջամտեց՝ կազմակերպելով Իլհամ Ալիևի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումը Սպիտակ տանը 2025 թվականի օգոստոսին։ Արդյունքում կնքված համաձայնագիրը նախատեսում է, որ երթուղին կկառավարի մասնավոր ամերիկյան ընկերությունը, որը, ինչպես նշել է Թրամփը, կապահովի ինչպես Ադրբեջանի «անխոչընդոտ հաղորդակցությունը», այնպես էլ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության նկատմամբ «լիակատար հարգանքը»։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, ինչպես նշել է BBC-ն, ստորագրված համաձայնագիրը «մանրամասների առումով աղքատ է» և, մասնավորապես, չի ներառում տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների կառուցման որևէ կոնկրետ ժամկետ։ Մինչդեռ ռուս սահմանապահները շարունակում են մնալ այնտեղ, որոնք անգամ մի պահ կանգնեցրել են լրագրողների խմբին և կարճ հարցաքննել նրանց այցի նպատակների մասին։
