Ծաղկաձորում կայացել է «Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերություն» («Mining Armenia Forum 2025») երկօրյա համաժողովը։

Կապանը խոշոր ազդակիր համայնքն է, քանի որ գործում են երկու հանքարդյունաբերական հսկաներ՝ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն ու Կապանի լեռնահարցստացման կոմբինատը»,-հոկտեմբերի 4-ին «Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերություն» («Mining Armenia Forum 2025») համաժողովի ժամանակ նշել է Կապան համայնքի ղեկավար Գեւորգ Փարսյանը։



Ըստ համայնքի ղեկավարի՝ հանքարդյունաբերությունը մեր համայնքի կյանքի մի մասն է կազմում՝ նշելով, որ ոլորտի նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքը ժամանակի ընթացքում տարբեր է եղել։ «Միեւնույն ժամանակ, վերջին տարիներին մենք զգալի առաջընթաց ենք տեսնում այս առումով։ Այսօր մենք լեռնահանքային արդյունաբերության կազմակերպությունների հետ քննարկում ենք նրանց արտադրական հզորությունների մեծացման հարցը եւ դա ուղղակիորեն կապված է վստահության հետ։ Մենք հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում մեծ պատմական փորձ ունենք եւ ականատես ենք եղել թե՛ վստահության կորստին, թե՛ դրա վերականգնմանը, ինչպես նաեւ այդ վստահության վրա հիմնված հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը։ Վստահության հիմքը տվյալ կազմակերպության պատասխանատու աշխատանքն է։ Բարեբախտաբար, ԶՊՄԿ-ի հետ մենք աշխատում ենք վստահության մթնոլորտում եւ վստահորեն կարող եմ ասել, որ մեր հարաբերությունները զարգանում են»,-նշել է Փարսյանը։

Կապանի համայնքապետը վստահ է, որ եթե մասնավոր հատվածի եւ համայնքի հարաբերությունները հիմնված են փոխադարձ վստահության վրա, ապա հանքարդյունաբերությունը տալիս է դրական արդյունքներ եւ դրական ազդեցություն է ունենում համայնքի կյանքի, հատկապես սոցիալ-տնտեսական ոլորտի վրա։ 18 տարի հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում աշխատող ԶՊՄԿ-ի կայուն զարգացման տնօրեն Արմեն Ստեփանյանը շարունակելով Գեւորգ Փարսյանի միտքը, մասնավորապես նշել է, որ կազմակերպությունները մարդիկ են ղեկավարում ու մոտեցումները կարող են փոխվել։ «Ժամանակն ու իրավիճակն են թելադրում փոփոխությունները։ Չկա բավական ու բավարար կառավարման մեխանիզմներ։ Պիտի լինեն շարունակական, տարբեր ձեւաչափերով։ Ոլորտում այնքան շատ էին խնդիրները, որ չէինք կարողանում նախահարձակ լինել։ Խնդիրները լուծելով առաջ էինք գնում։ Արդեն չորս տարի է, հանքարդյունաբերության մեջ խաղաղ ու հարաբերական անդորր է, ու հասել ենք այն արդյունքի, որ համայնքների հետ աշխատանքը արդյունավետ է»,-նշել է Արմեն Ստեփանյանը։
