Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր աշխատանքային այցով կմեկնի Եգիպտոս՝ Շարմ էլ-Շեյխ, բայց ոչ թե ծովափին հանգստանալու, այլ մասնակցելու է Մերձավոր Արևելքի խաղաղության գագաթաժողովին, որը հրավիրել են ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը և Եգիպտոսի նախագահ Աբդել Ֆաթահ աս-Սիսին։ Ավելի վաղ Axios պարբերականը հայտնել էր, որ ԱՄՆ-ը հրավիրել է Հայաստանին, Ադրբեջանին և Իրանին մասնակցելու Գազայում հրադադարի հարցով Եգիպտոսում կայանալիք խաղաղության գագաթնաժողովին։

Հրավիրյալների թվում են Իսպանիան, Ճապոնիան, Ադրբեջանը, Հայաստանը, Հունգարիան, Հնդկաստանը, Հունաստանը, Կիպրոսը, Բահրեյնը, Քուվեյթը, Կանադան, Սալվադորը և Իրանը։ Ադրբեջանի լրատվամիջոցների փոխանցմամբ՝ Իլհամ Ալիևը արդեն երեկ է ժամանել Եգիպտոս։ Պաշտոնական Իրանը հրաժարվել է մասնակցել այս գագաթնաժողովին, իսկ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ընդունել են հրավերը։

Այսօր արդեն տեղի է ունենալու Գազայում գերիների փոխանակումը, օրեր առաջ էլ ստորագրված խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը մտել էր ուժի մեջ։ Փաշինյանի մասնակցությունը այս գագաթնաժողովին կարելի է դրական համարել։ Սա որոշակիորեն բարձրացնում է Հայաստանի սուբյեկտայնությունը՝ այն էլ 44-օրյա պատերազմում կրած պարտությունից և ստացած քաղաքական ու ռազմական ծանր հարվածից հետո։

Արդյոք Փաշինյանին կհաջողվի՞ օգտագործել այս հրավերը ոչ միայն Միացյալ Նահանգների աչքում բարձրանալու, այլև բավականին լուրջ կապեր հաստատելու գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցող երկրների հետ և փորձելու ներկայացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը բավական դրական լույսի ներքո՝ ցույց կտա ժամանակը։ Ամեն դեպքում կա դրա հնարավորությունը։
