Էդմոն Մարուքյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրում է․
Առավոտվանից սոցիալական ցանցերում լայնորեն տարածվում են Նուբարաշենի աղբավայրի այրման կադրերը։
Տեսնում ենք, թե ինչպես է առանց այդ էլ աղտոտված Երևանի օդը կրկնակի թունավորվում՝ այրվող աղբից տոքսիկ գազերով։ Այդ օդն ամեն օր շնչում են մեկ միլիոնից ավելի մարդիկ՝ Երևանում և հարակից բնակավայրերում։
Տրամաբանական հարց է առաջանում՝ ինչո՞ւ են Հայաստանում անգամ այսպիսի տարրական խնդիրը մնում անլուծելի։
Պատասխանը, ցավոք, պարզ է․ Հայաստանը չի կառավարվում, իսկ մեր պաշտոնատար անձինք պայմանականորեն բաժանվում են երեք խմբի․
Նրանք, ովքեր չգիտեն և չեն էլ ցանկանում իմանալ, թե ինչպես լուծել երկրի առաջ ծառացած խնդիրները։
Չունեն մասնագիտական փորձ և չեն պատկերացնում անգամ՝ որտեղ են հայտնվել ի պաշտոնե։ Պաշտոն են զբաղեցնում միայն այն պատճառով, որ հեղափոխության օրերին քայլել են, ՔՊ-ի անդամ են կամ պարզապես իշխանությանը լոյալ մարդիկ են:
Նրանք, ովքեր գիտեն՝ ինչպես պետք է աշխատել, որ խնդիրները լուծվեն, բայց խուսափում են պատասխանատվությունից։
Նախընտրում են հեռու մնալ շառից ու փորձանքից, ոչինչ չանել և սպասել վերևից հրահանգի։ Իսկ վերևում էլ չգիտեն, թե ինչ պետք է անել, որ մի հատ էլ հրահանգեն։
Եվ նրանք, ովքեր չեն հասկանում խնդիրների ծավալը և դրանց լուծման ուղիները, բայց վստահ դեմքով որոշումներ են կայացնում:
Այդ պատճառով էլ նրանց յուրաքանչյուր որոշում իրավիճակը դարձնում է ավելի վատը, քան կար մինչ այդ։ Ինչին դիպչում են ավելի վատ է լինում...
Ահա այսպիսին է այսօր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարման համակարգը։
Սիրելի ժողովուրդ, հարգելի հայրենակիցներ, սա այն իշխանությունն է, որը ձևավորվել է 2021թ. ընտրությունների արդյունքում և մենք բոլորս ստիպված ենք «վայելել» դրա հետևանքները ամեն օր։
Գնդակը ժողովրդի՝ այսինքն մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի դաշտում է։ Պետք է որոշենք՝
շարունակում ենք ապրել չկազմակերպված ու վտանգավոր միջավայրում, շնչել գարշահոտ ու փոշի, պարել Ֆեստիվառներում, թե՞ ցանկանում ենք փոխել այս իրավիճակը։
