Առողջապահության նախարարությունից հայտնում են․
Հանրային առողջության պահպանման նպատակով ծխախոտային և նիկոտին պարունակող գրեթե բոլոր արտադրատեսակների վերաբերյալ սահմանափակումներ են ամրագրված:
Դարձե՛ք պահանջատեր, պաշտպանե՛ք ձեր առողջությունը:
Առողջապահության նախարարությունը նոր գործիք է ներդրել` Smoke Free Armenia անվճար բջջային հավելվածը, որով կարող եք նշել ծխախոտի օրենքի խախտումները: Դրանով ևս կարող եք աջակցել վերահսկող մարմիններին՝ նպաստելով առողջ միջավայրի պահպանմանը։
Հավելվածը նաև հնարավորություն է տալիս.
տեսնելու քարտեզի վրա, թե որտեղ են առավել հաճախ արձանագրվում նման դեպքերը,
ստանալու օգտակար տեղեկություն ծխախոտի և դրա փոխարինիչների առողջության վրա ազդեցությունների մասին, ծանոթանալու օրենքի հիմնական դրույթներին և ծխախոտից հրաժարվելու վերաբերյալ խորհուրդներին։

Եթե նկատում եք, որ որևէ անձ օգտագործում է ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակներ՝
բժշկական և կրթական հաստատություններում և դրանց մուտքի մոտ,
պետական հաստատություններում,
հանրային սննդի օբյեկտներ և հյուրանոցներ,
հասարակական տրանսպորտում և դրա կանգառների ծածկերի տակ,
հանրային փակ տարածքներում,
ապա զանգահարե՛ք ոստիկանություն՝ 1-02:
Եթե տեսնում եք՝
ծխախոտի կամ դրա նմանակի գովազդ,
ծխախոտի կամ դրա փոխարինիչների վաճառքի խթանում,
ծխախոտային ապրանքների անվճար տրամադրում,
ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների նմանակների օգտագործում երեխաների համար նախատեսված ֆիլմերում, հեռուստատեսության կամ ինտերնետի նյութերում,
ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների կամ փոխարինիչների հովանավորություն
կամ որևէ այլ նման խախտում, ապա զանգահարե՛ք Առողջապահական և աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմին՝ 8107
Եթե տեսնում եք՝
18 տարեկանից ցածր անձին վաճառում են կամ տալիս են ծխախոտ կամ դրա փոխարինիչ,
ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակները վաճառվում են ինքնասպասարկմամբ կամ ավտոմատներով,
զեղչերով,
արգելված վայրերում՝ բժշկական, կրթական, մանկապատանեկան, մարզական, պետական շենքերում, թանգարաններում և որոշ այլ հասարակական տարածքներում,
