Աֆղանստանի կառավարությունը հաստատել է, որ հարձակվել է պակիստանի վրա՝ հյուսիսային սահմանի մի քանի լեռնային վայրերում։ Այս մասին հայտնում է BBC-ին։

Թալիբանի խոսնակը հայտարարել է, որ 58 պակիստանցի զինծառայող է սպանվել «պատասխան գործողության» ժամանակ։

Գործողությունը սկսվել է Քաբուլում և Խոստ ու Նանգարհար նահանգներում հրետակոծություններին ի պատասխան։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Աֆղանստանը հարվածներ է հասցրել արևելյան և հարավային սահմանի երկայնքով գտնվող ռազմական բազաներին։ Ըստ Tolo News-ի, հղում անելով Թալիբանի կառավարության պաշտպանության նախարարության հայտարարությանը, հարվածները թիրախավորել են Աֆղանստան անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի արձակման համար օգտագործվող օբյեկտները:

Պակիստանի SAMAA հեռուստաընկերությունը պնդում է, որ Աֆղանստանը կրակ է բացել առանց որևէ պատճառաբանության։ Պակիստանը պատասխանել է՝ ոչնչացնելով մի քանի աֆղանական դիրքեր։

Աֆղանստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարել է «պատասխան գործողության» ավարտի մասին և զգուշացրել, որ եթե Պակիստանը կրկին խախտի սահմանը, երկրի զինված ուժերը «կտան վճռական պատասխան»։

Ավելի ուշ Պակիստանը հայտարարեց բախումների արդյունքում 19 աֆղանական սահմանային դիրքերի գրավման մասին։
