Կրակոցներ՝ Աբովյան քաղաքում. կան վիրավորներ. 2-ի վիճակը բժիշկները գնահատում են ծայրահեղ ծանր

Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 11-ին, վիճաբանություն, ծեծկտուք է տեղի ունեցել, և կրակոցներ են հնչել Կոտայքի մարզում: Ժամը 01:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Աբովյան քաղաքի ժողովրդին հայտնի Կինոյի շենքի խաչերուկում կրակոցներ են հնչել:
Տեղում պարզվել է, որ ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է և ժամը 01:30-ի սահմաններում «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ից ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել որ «կրծքավանդակի և աջ բազկի շրջանում հրազենային վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի:
Հիվանդանոց մեկնած Կոտայքի բաժնի և Կոտայքի մարզի քրեական ոստիկանության օպերների կողմից պարզվել է, որ վիրավորը Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 29-ամյա Խանամիր Հ-ն է:
Բժիշկները իրավապահներին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը գտնվում է վիրահատարանում և ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալ:
Ժամեր անց «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է տսացվում ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին և հայտնում են, որ «որովայնի առաջային պատի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի:
«Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոն մեկնած իրավապահները պարզում են, որ վիրավորը Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 34-ամյա Անդրանիկ Վ.-ն է:
Մինչ իրավապահները հիվանդանոցում էին, նույն հիվանդանոցից հերթական ահազանգն է ստացվում, որ «գոտկային ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ ևս 1 հոգի տեղափոխվել է իրենց մոտ:
Քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկանները պարզում են, որ վիրավորը Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 39-ամյա Վահե Վ-ն է:
Բժիշկները իրավապահներին հայտնում են, որ նշված անձինք գտնվում են ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում և վիրահատարանում են, ի վիճակի չեն կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալ:
Տեղում համայնքային և քրեական ոստիկանները, հետո ահազանգով դեպքի վայր ժամանած ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները՝ վարչության պետ Հովհաննես Չալաբյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Աշոտ Մելքումյանի, Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Սերյոժա Ավագյանի, հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Տիգրան Բաղյանի գլխավորությամբ տաք հետքերով պարզել են, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 00:30-ից 01:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Աբովյան քաղաքի Հանրապետության 20 շենքին հարակից տարածքում ինքնությունը դեռևս չպարզված մի խումբ անձիք հասարակության նկատմամբ բացահայտ արհամարհական վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով և խախտեով բնակիչների անդորրը, վիճաբանել են միմյանց հետ, որի ժամանակ հնչել են հայհոյանքներ և կրակոցներ, ինչից հետո նշված անձինք մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել և տեղափոխվել հիվանդանոց:
