Թրամփը առաջարկել է Իսպանիային դուրս հանել ՆԱՏՕ-ից՝ պաշտպանության ծախսերի շուրջ տարաձայնությունների պատճառով

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հինգշաբթի օրը Սպիտակ տանը Ֆինլանդիայի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Ստուբի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում առաջարկել է Իսպանիային «դուրս հանել» ՆԱՏՕ-ից։
Թրամփի հայտարարությունը հաջորդել է մի քանի ամիս տևած լարվածությանը նրա և Իսպանիայի վարչապետ Պեդրո Սանչեսի միջև։ Հունիսին Հաագայի ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովից առաջ Իսպանիան հայտարարել էր, որ չի բավարարի Թրամփի պահանջը՝ պաշտպանության ծախսերը բարձրացնել ՀՆԱ-ի 5 տոկոսի մակարդակին՝ գերազանցելով դաշինքի 2 տոկոսի ներկայիս նպատակը։
Թրամփը Իսպանիային անվանել է «հետ մնացող» և ասել. «Գուցե պետք է Իսպանիային պարզապես դուրս հանեք ՆԱՏՕ-ից», ընդգծելով, որ դաշինքի բոլոր անդամները պետք է «իրենց բաժին ծանրությունն կրեն» և չկախվեն ԱՄՆ ռազմական ուժից։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում Թրամփն ու Ստուբը հաստատել են 6.1 միլիարդ դոլար արժողությամբ համաձայնագիր, որի համաձայն ԱՄՆ-ն Ֆինլանդիային մինչև 2028 թվականը կմատակարարի 11 միջին չափի սառցահատ նավ՝ Հելսինկին օգնելու համար ուժեղացնել պաշտպանությունը Ռուսաստանի հնարավոր սպառնալիքի դեմ։
Զրույցի ընթացքում նրանք նաև կատակել են Թրամփի՝ Նոբելյան խաղաղության մրցանակի հավակնությունների մասին։ Թրամփը նշել է, որ «կնքել է յոթ խաղաղության համաձայնագիր» և «փրկել բազմաթիվ կյանքեր», իսկ Ստուբը հավելել է, որ եթե լուծվեն Մերձավոր Արևելքի և Ռուսաստան–Ուկրաինա հակամարտությունները, ապա «խոչընդոտ չի լինի» Թրամփի թեկնածության համար։
Եթե հաջողվի, Թրամփը կդառնա վերջին հարյուր տարվա ընթացքում առաջին հանրապետական նախագահը, ով Նոբելյան խաղաղության մրցանակ կստանա Թեոդոր Ռուզվելտից հետո։
