Ռուս-ադրբեջանական ջերմացումը նոր վտանգներ է պարունակում

Դուշանբեում երեկ հանդիպել են Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։ Ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, քննարկվել է նաև ադրբեջանական ինքնաթիռի խոցումը Ռուսաստանի երկնքում։ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարել է, թե խոցման պատճառներից մեկը հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգում տեխնիկական խափանումներն են եղել։
Ըստ Պուտինի՝ ռուսական երկու հրթիռներն ուղիղ չեն հարվածել ինքնաթիռին, այլ մի քանի մետր հեռավորության վրա պայթել են և, հավանաբար, դրանց բեկորներն են վնասել ինքնաթիռը։ Հավաստիացնելով, որ ռուսական կողմը կփոխհատուցի ողբերգության հետևանքները և իրավական գնահատական կտա պատասխանատուներին, Պուտինը կրկին ներողություն է խնդրել Իլհամ Ալիևից։ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի արձագանքը բավական մեղմ և սիրալիր է եղել։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ադրբեջանական ինքնաթիռի խոցումից հետո ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները բավական լարվել էին։ Վերջին շրջանում ռուսական կողմն սկսեց ճնշումներ գործադրել Ռուսաստանում ապրող ազդեցիկ ադրբեջանցիների նկատմամբ։ Շատերին կալանավորել են, որոշներին էլ ունեզրկել։ Այժմ, հատկապես վաշինգտոնյան հռչակագրից հետո, ռուս-ադրբեջանական հերթական ջերմացումը վկայում է, որ Ռուսաստանը փորձում է նոր պայմանավորվածությունների հասնել Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ։
Վերջինս էլ, օգտվելով իր բավական հարմար դիրքից, պահանջներ է առաջ քաշում և ստանում ցանկալի զիջումներ։ Չի բացառվում, որ այս ամենը կապված է, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հետ։ Ադրբեջանական կողմն ամենևին էլ խանդավառված չէ ամերիկացիների մուտքով և փորձելու է ամեն ինչ անել՝ «Թրամփի ուղին» խափանելու և իր «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքն» առաջ մղելու համար։
Այս իրավիճակում չափազանց տարօրինակ է հայկական կողմի վարած քաղաքականությունը, երբ փորձում են հանրությանը համոզել, թե որևէ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» չկա, անգամ կոչեր են հնչեցնում չխոսել ադրբեջանական նարատիվի մասին։ Մինչդեռ փաստն այն է, որ Վաշինգտոնում կնքված համաձայնագիրը որևէ կերպ չի ավելացրել Հայաստանի դիմադրողականությունը և պաշտպանունակությունը, այլ, ընդհակառակը, Ադրբեջանին հնարավորություն է տվել բարելավել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի և այլ պետությունների հետ ու այդ շփումներն օգտագործել ընդդեմ Հայաստանի։
