Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» բռնաճնշումների և հետապնդումների նոր ալիքի է պատրաստվում։ Նախօրեին հայտնել էինք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմակիցները ցանկանում են մեկուսացնել Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանին և նրա թիմակիցներին, ինչպես նաև ազդեցիկ գյումրեցիներին, որպեսզի կարողանան ընտրակեղծիքների միջոցով վերարտադրվել արդեն 2026 թվականի հունիսին։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, թիրախում ոչ միայն Գյումրին է․ բոլոր այն համայնքները, որոնք ընդդիմադիր համայնքապետեր ունեն, առաջիկայում հայտնվելու են իրավապահների լուրջ ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Չի բացառվում, որ որոշ քաղաքապետերի ձերբակալեն կամ անգամ կալանավորեն։ Այդ նպատակով Փաշինյանը Քննչականին, դատախազությանը, ինչպես նաև պետական վերահսկողական ծառայությանը «քսի» է տվել ընդդիմադիր համայնքապետերի դեմ, որոնք հերթով մտնում են համայնքապետարաններ և սկսում են խորը ստուգումներ իրականացնել՝ փորձելով նույնիսկ ամենամանր թերացումներ գտնել, որոնք հետո հնարավոր կլինի ներկայացնել որպես կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումներ և իրավական վարույթներ հարուցել։

Իսկ մինչ այդ, գլխավոր ուշադրությունը սևեռված է Վաղարշապատ քաղաքի վրա, որտեղ արդեն իսկ սկսել են ուրվագծվել ընդդիմադիր հիմնական դաշինքները, և նրանք էլ լինելու են իրավապահների թիրախում։ Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է ամեն գնով կանխել ընդդիմության առաջընթացը և ապահովել իրենց հաղթանակը՝ հրաշալի հասկանալով, որ Վաղարշապատը տանուլ տալուց հետո այլևս կարող է իրավապահ համակարգն էլ դուրս գալ վերահսկողությունից։ Ուստի նա հանձնարարել է ոչնչի առջև կանգ չառնել։
